Worst customer service I've ever experienced I purchased something Sunday tried to change my order monday morning, can't get ahold of them tried emailing tried calling, note they do not pick up the phone, they messaged me back saying they would try canceling then get a shipping email today it shows label was created at 5:00 Monday Night I dunno why a shipping label would have been created 9 hrs later if I tried canceling. All I wanted to do was change my order so I could buy more but now I wouldn't dare. The customer service rep said that it was my fault for not researching before I ordered. He also said my shipment couldn't be canceled due to delay or customer/ customer service communication. I gave them my phone number and told them to call me ,if there is a delay it's because they won't pick up the phone to try helping , they respond with messages hours later no wonder there's delay ,anyways this was my first and last time ordering from here.Truck Part Superstore

If you don't want a product shipped to you, don't order it. If you want to order additional items, place a separate order or simply request to add items... But your request was to flat cancel to a refund, not to add or order additional items, which is indicative of a different motive completely.Our job is to ship the products that customers order as soon as possible. We did exactly that. When possible, we can attempt to cancel an order that has been processed; however, since our business employs a lot of automation and we're talking about warehouses that ship ****s of items per day, it's 100% NOT guaranteed that we can hold a shipment up before it gets packed, labeled, and loaded on a truck - especially with items ordered over the weekend (like in your case) where order processing on Monday starts prior to customer service staff beginning their shift. Your sense of entitlement is incredible and your conduct with our customer service staff was immature and disrespectful - here's a quote:"I know helping people isn't on your agenda though so I guess I mean go make yourself useful at your minimum wage job"Review fromBarry T

Answered questions promptly and delivery was quick. Unfortunately due to no fault of theirs the product was a defective but they made it easy to return and handled all aspects of it. I was very satisfied with their service.Truck Part Superstore

BUYER BE ****!!! If I could give a less star rating I would. I purchased a new back rack rack and mounting kit for my new 2022 F150 Pickup from their website. I inputted all the information that the website asked about my truck and searched for a back rack. I wanted the original style frame and the Verification tool directed me to a backrack ***** rack as my only option in that style. I ordered the rack as the website had verified the fitment and this was the only option it gave me for the original style rack. I received the rack and installed on my truck the next day. The next morning I noticed that it looked short in comparison to the cab. I went directly to back racks website to do some research and it turned out that the rack Truck Part Superstores verification tool told me to buy was not the only original rack that was a option for my truck and the one (*****) rack that was verified to fit was to only be used with a particular mounting kit that sits higher, not the one that fit my application. Backracks fitment tool said to use ***** for my application as I needed a taller rack for my mounting hardware. I Then went back to TPS website and re did my search expecting that I did not notice the other offering, and I couldn't find it. I then searched the exact part number and found it however the fitment verifier said it was not compatible with my truck and directed me back to the ***** rack. When I brought this to the attention of the service team and asked for a exchange they blamed me and said because it had been installed they would not exchange. I asked to speak to the owner because there is obviously a issue with the website if its not giving both racks as a option for that vehicle and ***** was even more ignorant and said it was MY FAULT for purchasing the wrong rack that his fitment tool said was the right one. This unwillingness to resolve issues is exactly why companies like his will not survive against companies like amazon!Truck Part Superstore

Hi ******,As ****** explained, the parts you purchased do fit your truck, but together they will produce a shorter rack assembly because of the shorter brackets purchased which are meant for between the rail tonneau applications. Depending on your specific application, you'd need either ***** & *****, ***** & *****, or ***** & ***** depending on if you have a tonneau or not. If you have a toolbox, the skus would again change.Order ***** was placed by ***************************** on September 14, 2022 at 11:26 a.m. from Online Store without any prior helpdesk ticket history, meaning that you did not ask any questions or receive any guidance from our team prior to making this purchase. This is 100% order error on your part, as you did not adequately research the products prior to purchasing, did not ask for assistance, bought the wrong parts, then proceeded to install them prior to realizing they were the wrong parts. You even acknowledged this by sharing with us that you have since researched the products post-purchase and found that the "Backrack website says it should be *****" for your application. This is your mistake and not ours. We shipped the exact parts you ordered, which is all we can do given the situation being that we would have no way of knowing whether or not your truck is in fact equipped with a tonneau cover or toolbox or if you might in fact prefer the shorter rack for some reason.You previously stated that the rack was installed, which makes the products used and non-returnable. If the products were visibly new and packaged exactly as received by you, we'd have no issue accepting the products on return, albeit the shipping would be your responsibility due to the error in ordering. The only way we can accept a return for used/installed products is for warranty approved by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, since the items have been installed, the only recourse I can recommend would be to sell the used item(s) privately on a marketplace of your choosing and re-order the correct rack and/or brackets, depending on your specific application which I will reiterate below. After selling the used product(s), you will have a pretty small net cost for your mistake in the grand scheme of things - maybe a loss of $20-50 all said and done, depending on which item you choose to sell and replace... which would likely be a cheaper alternative than covering the shipping costs to return these items even if we could take them back.2022 F-150 6'6" w/ No toolbox/tonneau - ***** & ***** 2022 F-150 6'6" w/ Between the rail tonneau - ***** & ***** 2022 F-150 6'6" w/ Over the rail tonneau - ***** & ***** ************************************************* 2022 F-150 6'6" w/ 31" Tool box - ***** & *****TB31 To recap, you ordered the small low profile rack ***** & between the rail (low profile) brackets *****, which is why your height is lower than expected. You ordered two low profile items.Should you choose to leave negative feedback online and not take accountability for your mistake, I will share this exact response verbatim on any/all platforms. We aren't going to be extorted for the full cost of the incorrectly ordered items over the threat of an unwarranted bad review which you are leaving because you want a small business to cover the costs of your error.
