I brought my f150 in for a transmission fluid change and I was quoted $90 plus fluid and filter, 3 hours later I had to pay a $722 bill??? How can a fluid change take 3 hours? And why was I charged wayyyyy more than I was quoted????

I just bought a $40,000 used 2017 Dodge Ram and the next day I noticed a shimmer so I called and played tag with phone calls with ******, the one who sold me this vehicle. She finally got back to me 5 days later and asked if I'd paid for the extended warranty. no, I did not. She then said "well, we don't know when this happened, but you can have it serviced here". H*** no! What bunch of BS and after only spending $40k Do Not Believe this salesperson. All lies

I talked to the sales rep about buying a new vehicle, and trading in my own. I said no extra features and that a basic model was good, to keep the price below $35000. I reiterated and was very clear on this. He found one online, and he would check on availability and get back to me about trade in value. The next day he contacts me with a trade in value and he can get the vehicle only if I buy it with extra "options" (none of which I was interested in) for an additional $5000. These options were not on the truck at the moment but had to be added in. Clearly this is a "bait and switch" tactic which I understand are not allowed.
