      I just bought 2021 wolf pup black label addition upon buying this trailer I had noticed the fridge had damage. They took a year to replace the fridge but they did it so thats good. Go on are very first camping trip of the season and this fridge that was just repaired falls out. Clearly not installed properly, after weeks of fighting they are demanding I pay the cost of the repairs that they clearly did not install properly. They went from $2000 to $1000 to $800 now to $550. All in all I dont wanna pay anything seeing as the fridge was only installed 2 months ago. I dont understand how a full Size fridge falling out while driving down the high way would be my fault. And on a newer trailer only a year old.

      The client's warranty was expired on January of 2021. So over 1.5 years we are good willing 50% of the cost as we asked for Forest River the manufacturer to step in and help with the costs of the repair. We have discounted the cost in light of the situation to help the client as much as possible. The fridge has fallen from the cupboard housing failing which has nothing to do with the fridge being replaced originally. We cannot control where the client has traveled with the rv (bumpy roads etc) or why ************* has failed allowing the fridge to fall forward. We are honoring good will outside of the warranty dates by getting Forest River to pay for part of the repairs and normally they will not do so but we have fought to help the client out. Sorry we cannot further resolve the issue without payment for 50% of the repairs. When clients are out of warranty, payments for maintenance and repairs are required. *********************************-President
