      We brought our B+ to Rangeland to have some items re-repaired that were caused by another RV company. The other company left us with a loose lander and torn Awning from crawling around on the roof. The careless attitude was complete different at Rangeland.We were greeted by staff that cared! They looked at the damage the way I looked at it, that it was money and items that didn't need to be replaced had someone else taken care of it.They replaced both Awnings and the Pin strips and fixed the ladder, reinstalled the batteries and fixed our sky light. When we came to pick up and we found a few things that needed touched up it was all done. Any Questions we had, were answered, any issues that we had were addressed. It was done in a timey fashion without extra Drama.Way to Go! We will return. The only improvement--wipe your feet! We run a clean ship!!

      We have had issues with the RV we purchased since we took ownership. Rangeland RV Ashley, has been giving us the run around and not assisting at all with the issues. She blames ****** ***** for the issues and in speaking to ****** ***** they have not had any further request from Rangeland. We want to talk to Dania ********** to get this all resolved. We purchased a brand new trailer and spent 140k on something that'd defective. They DO NOT support their customers. Once you buy they ***** you.

      We had sent a technician out to these folks rv onsite to diagnose the issue of their heater. We found that the thermostat was faulty and we ordered a new one, the client switched it out. Client came in on September 23 and said that wasn't the issue and we had been advised by ****** ***** that it is likely the back thermostat and reordered another one. We have let the customer know as soon as we see the part arrive we will contact them. The client came in yesterday and demanded a on site company go to their Rv. Currently DRV mobile is out diagnosing why their gfi has stopped working and DRV says it has melted. DRV is concerned that the client has a fridge and lights outside plugged into the Rv that is not a part of the rv which may be causing the GFI to overload. We are waiting on DRV to get back to us with a diagnosis of the rv but they are asking that the rv be cleaned prior to entering it for their staff. I am not sure what more Rangeland Rv could be doing at this point. Unfair to say that we ***** you once you buy and rv and not support our clients as we are doing everything we can.
