    I had used this business many years ago and despite word on the mouth saying how awful they'd become I decided to give them a chance. I have to say word on the street is correct. They are condescending and obnoxious and have zero interest in customer service or relationships. Sadly clearly past best before date ******

    I have experienced first hand that the owner of this company is a drama seeking 70 year old thats going through an end life crisis and acts like a 14 year old girl. I would never recommend dealing with this man-child. When giving your honest feed back and fights with you like its a ******** post. -5 stars if it was an option. Probably has 8 mortgages to keep his doors open.

    Worst experience I have ever had. My husband brought vacuum cleaner hose in as he had taken the nozzel apart and couldnt put it back together. ***** said he would assemble it but when I got it back he had replaced the nozzel with a used one from a different brand and it didnt fit my attachments. He charged us for assembling the nozzel. My husband brought it back and said there was a problem with the hose and brought the attachment in as well. ***** said he didnt need it and never asked any further questions about what the issue was he just assumed there was a problem with the hose. My husband picked it up and there had been nothing done. He said he checked the hose and there was nothing wrong with it and charged us another25.00. When I went down there and explained what had transpired he said thats what happens when 3rd partiesbring things in. He argued with me that he never replaced the nozzel and that he had assembled as stated on the receipt. Bold faced lie! I asked if he would refund the second fee and he said no as it took up his time. He then told me he would replace the plug on the nozzel. He wasnt going to charge me for it, until I told him that my sister had had a similar experience with him. Should have kept my mouth shut. He asked what her name was and said that if people are spreading negative comments about him he had a right to know. At that point he told me to leave. So I did. Wish I had talked to my sister before hand and read all the reviews. Will know better next time. I dont know how he has stayed in business so long. Maybe by ripping people off. He claims he is so busy all the time but it appears he spends a lot of time responding to all his negative reviews. Time that might be better spent on improving customer service.
