Absolute ********** of a company. They've poorly manage my condo, continue to raise condo fees yearly, and still have the nerve to send owners bills in the thousands for repairs (This condo is under 15 years old). The latest bill us condo owners received is for over $5000! The Better Business Bureau needs to seriously look into this company immediately. If it smells fishy, it usually is.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. In order for me to assist further, I need to know the name of the Condominium property that you live in.
Just as a point of information, KDM Mangaement works with the Board of Directors and that Board of Directors makes all deceisions. KDM Management expedites said decision(s).
I would still like to prodive you more informaiton and so again, if you could provide me the name of property, I can investigate.

Worst Condo management company you could possibly deal with in ********. I've had KDM managing two buildings that I've lived in the past 6 years and, once they took over previous management, the buildings and services declined in quality as if it was night and day. If you're looking for a condo to purchase or rent under this management, I'd seriously considering this decision. KDM condo managers have one thing in common, terrible communication, being very negligent in addressing time sensitive issues, poor problem solving, omissive and the list could go a kilometer long. long story short, move over if you want peace of mind.KDM Management Inc

We have lived in our condo for 25 years and have dealt with KDM for that whole period. I have been on the Board for twelve of those years and President for nine. We have been very well-served by KDM overall and, when an issue with a manager arose, it was dealt with quickly. KDM has consistently offered good advice on a variety of sometimes quite difficult files and we are happy to recommend them.KDM Management Inc
