    This is the second complaint i sent . did not see the first one show up. purchased a trailer through them april 2021. i was out under a lot of pressure to make the purchase by the owner . i was rebuilding my credit and would only qualify for high interest loan which i thought was bad idea s the female “finance “ person told me in ten months if i made my payments etc the lender would reduce my interest . this was said verbally to me when i went back to see the trailer again. i believed her . i now am stuck with a trailer with 26 percent interest on it . i have not made a dent in the amount i owe . ******** ( my creditor ) told me that what she said was false . on top of that - large dent in trailer i didn’t see because way it was parked -trailer was in an accident and that wasn’t disclosed - mechanical inspection they did was false . many things wrong with it - steps at front never stayed up we bungy cord . -door handle to bathroom literally fell off in my hand when we opened it - battery didn’t work -propane tanks expired - rust all underneath -to top it off when we blew a tire went to put on spare they provided … it doesn’t even fit the trailer . - awning completely peeled and one side doesn’t work ******** won’t help which i get and i’m now stuck with a trailer i can’t pay for . bring lied to in order to make a sale is disgusting . bill of sale many add ons that are a joke -700 prep fee : delivery ? *** was prepped ? I can’t trade it in on another model because the interest rate offered is even higher ( still building credit after bad divorce) i don’t recommend using this business . at one point when i first going the damage i had a mechanic give a quick estimate on repairs . sent email to them. they said pull it to a trailer place to get estimate . couldn’t do that at the time and never heard from them again. i have no idea what they can do. they will say she didn’t lie. maybe i’ll just get a lawyer
