    My wife bought me an 2022 800 XC in July 2022. Its been in the shop 4 times. The 3rd time I paid for an axle not covered under warranty. Got it back and fan wouldnt work. It overheated. The bars would reach almost 90%. I took it back and **** tellls me I have to pay for them to rectify situation. I was very firm this time and demanded they pay for it this time. He said no. He calls back and attempts to appease his manager but laughs at my situation at the same time. He said thanks for your wallet. He says to take my business elsewhere. I had 2 other cfmotos from there and both were unreliable. He sounded like he had an audience because he was laughing confidently. This attests to what I believe is a lack of empathy and service towards their customers. He always reacts with spite as a motivation.

    I bought a 2023 cfmoto 950 ho ex here. It left their lot with a broken skid plate and no wireless winch controller, which is supposed to come stock with the new machines in ******. After assuring me they would make it right and send me a skid plate, they backpedal and tell me i need to take it to a dealer for warranty claim. They expect me to pay shipping for a skid plate, IF it's approved by warranty. Also they weren't transparent with the warranty, they told me it's 5 years, although it's only a year. They didn't even inform me i only have a month to purchase extended warranty. They also never offered the available ******** rebates Cfmoto had available. Very unimpressed with the poor customer service. Also within ***** of riding, the roll cage bolts started rattling out. When i went over them with an ***** wrench, not a single one was tight.

    They sold my partner a **** camper ,was fithy to say the least , was actually dated 2003,had to spend ****** on getting it delivered the trailer was deemed junk by the company that inspected it ,we were not even given a chance to see the camper before they forged signature on the contract ,the camper will cost ***** to fix .not even the cost of a whole new roof . Run from this company as fast as you can , so they can come back and pick it up shame on you for taking advantage on hard workers !!!!

    They would not provide prices or any details on the units they are trying to sell. Made me fill out a credit app before any info could be forwarded about any units in particular. They go under multiple business names. I receive unsolicited phone calls, emails, and private message from them now that they have my info.
