      The service department does not deserve one star. There is nothing like spending hundreds of thousands on GM products to get s*** on with warranty issues. On a 2022 GMC with just under ****** km on it on Sunday, May 14, 2023, we stopped traveling 130km home from a work site. On Monday, May 15, we called the service department and discussed getting it into the shop to look at a pulsating brake at 110 km per hour. They suggested we do the ****** warenty inspection, costing ** $200. Remember this was on Monday. In our conversation, they were fully aware of the km that were on the truck. We did consider the work order started. The appointment was booked for Thursday, May 18th. My wife and i only have 2 vehicles for work purposes. From Monday to Thursday, we put 300km on the truck. *****. No one said bring the truck in to register the odometer. No one said don't drive the truck. Long story short version.. On Thursday, we took the truck in for the appointment. Both my wife and I were told by the service tech that there would be no warranty concerns. They did not repair pulsating brake. They found leaking transmission lines and decided not to cover either item. The recalls were not even addressed. Most of the services have been done by GM unless I have to work until 7pm for weeks on end. I get the service done at a quick lube that is open until 9pm. The reason she gave ** for denying ** warranty and still charging ** $200 was. if we had serviced the truck at their gm, they would of caught it. So I simply asked her to tell us when the leak started? A few weeks ago or 2 months ago? She could not say. (She did not know), yet she insisted that a previous service would of caught it, even if the leak never started by then. Then another guy walks up and says, "You shouldn't have driven it". We were absolutely blown away by the lack of knowledge and ignorance. We were not aware that GM voids warranty if you don't service at a gm service center.

      1 star is too many. We bought a "brand new" 2021 Silverado. On day 2 of owning it, we noticed a fingerprint in the hood, dents, swirl marks in the paint, extra parts under the seat and so many other red flags including a wheel alignment that way out. When we questioned the dealership, they didn't want to deal with us and denied that this vehicle had ever been damaged. We continued to follow up with them and they offered to buy the truck (knowing at that point we had talked to another dealership who confirmed there was damage) back but refused to get us a replacement. At the time, we had already sold our old vehicle and could not go without a truck so we continued to attempt negotiations with them. They said if we felt there was an issue, we needed to contact GM ****** as the problems we were telling them about were typical manufacturer flaws and that quality has gone way down. We were shocked but contacted GM a year ago and have been dealing with them for about a year with no resolution yet. 3 GM Certified body shops have verified the vehicle has been damaged and had repairs done. There was no in-transit record of damage so it happened at the dealership and was not disclosed to us. We always buy new vehicles and trade them in every 4-6 years. never again will we set foot at this dealership, knowing they pulled off a fraud job and then told the manufacturer not to extend us any courtesy. We filed a complaint with ***** but they took the dealership's word without any investigation that there was no damage and said they couldn't help us. We also contacted CAMVAP who suggested we have a strong case until they realized our truck is over a certain weight- they only deal with lighter vehicles. Everyone seems to have a loophole as to why they cannot help and other dealerships have said they do not want to get involved due to a possible coverup. SO frustrating!!

      bought a 2022 ***** trail boss in march of 2022, its already been in to the service department 4 times and no one can fix the problem. I am extremely dis-satisfied with the out come. I have put numerus complaints in the ** customer care, and they just feed me with a bunch of bull. ** does not care about there customers at all, they feed you every excuse they can to make you believe there is no problem. all they care about is there bottom line, make the sale, make the money and push the customer out the door. I have bought lots of brand new trucks in the past and never have issue's like this, and if there was a problem they would resolve the issue before it gets to this point. I did not wont to go this route but ** has left me with no choice. Also if your going to buy a ** with out the Chip for the heated seats/ steering wheel don't believe what they say. they made me sign a document that said the chip would be here at the end of Q2-2022, and now we are going to Q4 and no one can give me a strait answer on when it will be here. I would have to say the people were friendly and the service manager was good to us, I solely put the blame on ** ******.
