      We are a new business who just opened our Taxi service in Spruce Grove AB yesterday. I had over thirty scam calls to my business line sending my drivers to places to trap them and make them wait, causing us to lose money and calls. They were calling my business line repeatedly to keep it busy. I was warned by the owner of another local cab company about the hacking, malicous attack and damage that Whitecabs has been doing to his busiess, but I could not have been prepared for them to attack us so hard. We had a WHITECABS employee reach out anonymously to us as he advised me that on the most recent scam call, they had my partner(driver) surrounded by four vehicles with devices in an attempt to hack our operating system. So far i cannolt detect a breach but they have also reported my company for false claims on Google, keeping my business from being shown on Google searches. I am not familiar with how to proceed in this situation to protect my new small business. Please help. Thank you.

      As we respected sir! How we can hacked Google its not possible. I don't know why they guys blamed us without any proof. they guys not even in our competition. we are largest fleet in the town or we have our business in different city's like as Whitecourt, Leduc, Spruce grove, Stony Plain. I regarding the call we don't do any calls. there is other 2 taxi company and i don't know why they blames us.

      Multiple Reasons. Biggest is being TRIPLE CHARGED by the Company. Attempted to Pay via their App, Got Charged $14 on my Card, Ride did not get placed. Successfully Paid via a different Card on their app. Got Charged $6.60, Ride Was then Late(By about 10 minutes last night) Got Charged an Additional $11 While being Dropped off. Cab Driver(this has happened multiple times), Not only Speeding down Highway, but Drives like he doesn't have a care in the world, and is on his phone. Driver is rude. Have called cab for my Girlfriend before, Driver has been rude and creepy to her. Called to complain, Owner has not called back after multiple months.

      I was given a $100 gift certificate to use their services, but they will not allow me to use it. I want a full refund.
