      Do not recommend this ************ due to their drivers giving different prices for the same trip (via work to home or home to work). Poor customer **********************. I was told they will not wait for me because they have other pick *** to do. Rude drivers. Some drivers don't follow the rules of the road and are unsafe drivers. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAXI COMPANY!! can't stress that enough.

      Horrible service. Called for a taxi, was told ***** mins and ended up being an hour and 15 mins. When I called back to see where the taxi was, the dispatcher was rude. When the taxi finally arrived it pulled in driveway and then right back out.. had to call again ( met with more rudeness), taxi then took 15 mins to come back. Would not recommend

      A flat rate is advertised but in 2 of the 4 times we've used them they have overcharged us. One instance the flat rate was in the process of being changed from 10 - 12 dollars per trip however 10 dollars was still being advertised. The driver asked what 'the last guy' had charged us, and as we had no basis for comparison he opted to charge the higher rate. The second time the flat rate was advertised as 12 dollars, the cabbie put 15 into the machine which then requested a tip above and beyond the overcharged amount. Complaints were made to management through two different channels (Phone and Email), neither of which was addressed. The information has been forwarded to the municipality and a formal complaint is pending through BBB as well as the municipality once the correct channel is given.
