    I am surprised that this business has received some bad reviews given my very positive experience. Platinum was the first of many dispatched by ***** who actually figured out the problem which our Thermador appliance. Personal who attended were courteous and knowledgeable as to how to properly trouble shoot. I would recommend them given my experience.

    Their Technician caused damage to my property & did not fix my washing machine and just left today. This technician gave us different reasons for canceling multiple appointments since November 2024 like he cant come because he needed to pick up his son, he finally came with a coworker and checked the machine and diagnosed the problem. They Ordered the parts took over 2weeks. Then he came one day and brought the part to be replaced. But realized he needed someone to help him so he left again and promised to come back. When he returned another day with a coworker, They took out the dryer on top of the washer and was laying outside the hallway inside my unit and they discovered that the part he brought was broken and need to be re ordered. This was the time they damaged my walls. Then their office called me on Dec 30th that the technician will come the following day but on the 31st December he texted me that he cant come because he was sick and will come on Monday, January 6 2025, that is today. I already reported him to their office via email as suggested by their customer ********************** when i called on December 31st. Their office wasnt even aware that he was sick. The multiple times their office would inform us that they will come, we needed to adjust our schedules to accommodate them as we also have to work. They left without fixing my machine despite he already caused damages because hes scared to cause more damage and demanded for me to SIGN a waiver not to hold them liable for any damages. There were no damages done to my unit when these appliances were delivered 2years ago. My purchase is still under warranty up to April 2025

    Dear Maja,Thank you for your understanding regarding the missed service call due to our **********'s illness. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, circumstances like this are beyond our control when a ********** calls in sick, and we appreciate your patience.Regarding the issue with the unit, we fully acknowledge that our **********, *******, should not have attempted to remove it, especially after noting that it was in a very tight space. His intention was simply to complete the job, but we understand that this resulted in unintended damage to your wall, for which we have taken responsibility and are committed to covering the repair costs.A second ********** revisited the site to assess the situation further, and it has been determined that removing the unit is risky and could potentially cause more damage. Given the limited space, we are unable to safely reinstall the dryer vent, and attempting the removal without certainty of avoiding additional damage is something we cannot proceed with. As per our company policy, we require customers to either sign a waiver or have the unit removed by another party if we are unable to guarantee a damage-free removal.We understand this is inconvenient, and we want to clarify that while we specialize in repairs, we did not install the unit initially. As for the part that is taking two weeks to arrive, we rely on the closest available supplier, and unfortunately, delays are sometimes beyond our control. Rest assured, we aim to install the part as soon as we receive it.If you are willing to sign the waiver, we will do everything possible to prevent further damage and complete the job as quickly as possible.     Goodness, what a horrible experience it's been dealing with this company. Bad communication, and poor service. They were unable to repair our appliance that was still under warranty. We've been trying for nearly 6 months to get this resolved. We found their scheduling system bizarre and hard to work around. We've given up. Life's too short! We'll buy a new appliance even though the one we have is still under warranty (which is essentially worthless as has become evident, but that's on Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid). We're sad that there is so little kindness shown to people who purchased an appliance in good faith and who tried to work with this company also in good faith.

    I am very sorry that you had a bad experience, however we feel your review should not be pointed at us. On each visit, we had not seen the dishwasher leak, this can happen having intermittent problems, it is hard to source when its not leaking while the ********** is there. We reached out to the Manufactures techline and they required that we replace the tub, not OUR suggestion, but the Manufacture, and since its under full warranty, we have no choice but to do as they request. This type of job requires us to do in our shop as it cannot be done in your home. We had scheduled to have the original ********** to remove the dishwasher yesterday and our shop ********** to come and pick up, however,our shop ********** is sick and was not at work. Instead of pushing it off another day, we got a second ********** that drove out to your area with our company van as his vehicle could not fit your dishwasher. You had called and we advised that the ********** that was picking up your dishwasher and he only had two calls then he would be there, you said okay and hung up. A few minutes later you called our office to say you didn't want it fixed and you were buying new, and you were dissatisfied with our service and the manufactures. I honestly do not know what else we could have possibly done to make this a better experience? Its not our call on how your dishwasher is repaired, this was requested by Whirlpools technical team. There was a wait on parts, again that is not our fault, we order from the manufactures distributors. I do understand your frustration, and I truly am sorry. I hope you can understand ours as well.

    these company is the worst and most unreliable company I have ever seen. our whirlpool washer was broken and it two weeks to somebody showed up. another two weeks took to bring part , just after half an hour stop working again , another one week we waited for another tech to come to fix it , we were way for whole day , called them three times , again no body showed up . they. customer ********************** is worst customer ********************** I ever seen, when I asked my money back , they refused even our machine didn't got fixed .

    Reception was non apologetic for multiple mistake from the company.The manager ********************** was even worse. Telling the customer to cut to the chase and calling them stupid and to call Whirlpool to complain???

    Hello, I am the other manager who witnessed what happened. You called us to complain for a part you purchased through Whirlpool. We are sub contracted and advised you how much the part was and you agreed, you paid Whirlpool and your unit is in working order. You then called in to complain about the price, the office girl advised you that if you needed any further assistance with discounts or refunds you would have to contact Whirlpool, you continued to call her "stupid" and degraded her, until she was in tears. She was trying to help you, we are unable to give any discounts or refunds as it goes through Whirlpool and you paid Whirlpool. What you did was completely un called for. You then called the Service manager stupid and we advised you not to call here again and rightfully so. I have absolutely no remorse for your inexcusable behavior. My advise yo you is think about who your yelling at, in this case, it was just someone who answers the phone, who's job is to help customers like you who maybe unhappy. Our jobs are hard enough, and abusing our staff will never be tolerated, period.

    Zero stars would be given, but minimum I can do is 1. This company does not return phone calls; other than to tell me to stop calling. I called and left a message twice, but that was too much for them? Anyways, very unprofessional and not eager to do repairs. Been waiting 20 days so far with no call back other than to stop calling them.

    Really negative experience with these guys. *** came in, looked at my dryer, left and ordered parts. About two weeks later we scheduled to have him come back in and do the repair. I took the day off of work so that I could be home, but unfortunately *** had to cancel because they weren't feeling well, fair enough. Rescheduled for the next week; I realized that I wouldn't be able to answer the buzzer because I wasn't going to be home, so I called the company and provided them with the number for the person would be home. When *** arrived all they did was call the buzzer, which obviously didn't work. Didn't call the number I provided, and didn't even try calling me directly before leaving. I know he has my number because he called me in the morning to confirm. I don't know why Frigidaire trusts these people to do repairs on their behalf.
