    The car was bought from Abbotsford *********** however the issues are more manufacturing related issues.  Most of the issues Im having are related to the 17 recalls that Nissan ***** 2016 cars have on its history. looking at the ******* of my car, the car was never recalled before, which probably explains why ** having these issues upon buying this car. 

    I approached Nissan Ca on behalf the issues Im having with my vehicle, and I have been promised to check these issues and offer the best solution. On the 4th of May the car was brought for the latest recall service and I was supposed to get these issues addressed, but nothing was actually checked or preformed. The one who called me from Nissan ****** told me based on the information and set of evidence of pics and videos I have provided, its highly likely to take the vehicle back and offer different vehicles options but Ill be reached out by Nissan after the car being checked, up to this date no one have had contacted me yet.

    In addition, Abbotsford ********** has been contacted too since I bought the car from them. Nothing has been done from their end and they stopped responding to my email. Refused to service my car stating that the type of service are not available in their service department but then later on the manager stated that they do offer the asked service after I complained since I have had warranty Purchased when I bought the car suggested by them that its a good warranty to have. 


    FYI: the car is unfazed to be driven so Im Using **** to go to work and go back home. Im a student and paying for **** is not suitable for me since Im also paying the bi-weekly finance rate for the car. I mentioned in the complain for BBB that Im complaining about both businesses and wanted that to be sorted out.

    We are unable to locate this person in our system, we require more information, ie another name this vehicle is under, the *** of the vehicle or a service RO from Abbotsford Nissan.  We are not affiliated with ********** ** as we are a Nissan dealership.  If this consumer has contacted Nissan ****** directly this is the manufacturer and we are an independent franchise and would have no record of the complaint.
