      We had MR ********************** come to unplug our sewer and he broke his auger off inside the pipe so he proceeded to cut the membrane on the under belly and cut the pipe to get the auger out. He did not seal the underbelly properly even after we gave him some proper underbelly tape . he put one little piece of tape on the section that he cut. Since then we have had rats get in and chewed water pipes and has caused a lot of damage. This company is not a reputable COMPANY. He charged us $632.00 for a lousy job. We thought we could trust Mr ********************** but we have found out otherwise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They also advertise 24/7 but every call goes to an answering service with no call back I Repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WE need a refund so we can get the problem fixed properly

      We were called out to a plugged sink and two plugged toilets for a mobile home in June. The plumbing for mobile homes often have piping installed in "odd ways" compared to typical residential homes. We have done work for this mobile home park before and we are always met with a new set of challenges. All of our customers there have been really happy with us though.

      While on site we used our power auger to approx 30 feet, when the cable folded itself in a 3" branch, where it was stuck and damaged the pipe. This would not happen if the pipes were set correctly. We had to crawl under the mobile home to cut it out and repair the pipe. We re-set the pipe to avoid this for any future drain cleanings and used the home owners tape to tuck and insulate the liner back under the mobile home. We are not an insulating company so we put it back as it was. We did not charge for that, only for the drain cleaning. Although we are being told it was a terrible job, we never heard back from the customer in 6 months, so the ********************** has been working well for them since our visit. 

      This customer has slandered us on every platform in an effort to force us to reimburse them for a drain cleaning. As mentioned this is a mobile home, rodents are very likely to get under and cause damage; even under the best of circumstances. We offered to have our Field Supervisor come out and look, but were told they had someone out to repair it already.

      If you are going to cut the underbelly then repair it properly

      This company just makes up all kinds of reasons not to cover their mistakes

      As mentioned we repaired the underbelly as we found it. This customer is looking for someone to blame for his rodent problem. We have received non-stop emails, calls and on line slandering from him for service we provided six months ago.
