      I purchased a brand new Forest River Surveyor travel trailer. There have been a number of deficiencies. Neither the dealer or Forest River is taking responsibility for repairs to a damaged rear bumper noted on pick up. My heat never worked and needed a new circuit board, initially ******* stated that it worked on pick up when it never even had a heat option, repaired after 2 weeks of having the trailer. Now the slide out is leaking and there is noticeable swelling in the wall indicating water damage. I have requested to have a replacement trailer due to this and the company has refused my request.

      We purchased brand new trailer at the end of March. Our first camping trip out slide broke we phoned they gave us some numbers of people we could phone that was closer to fix it because it is still on warranty. None of the dealerships would do the job because it is too big and they said there was a recall and dealership needs to fix it. My husband works shift work so we couldnt get it back to ********** right away. We used twice after without slide working each time a new thing broke. Solar panels then bunch of doors and doors to storage compartments broke and only work with key. Then Saturday may 13 we take it back to ********** from ******* and the axle bent from hitting a pot hole.Now they wont fix slide or anything and wont let ** even pick it up.We said we want to exchange it for new one it must be lemon they refuse to do it and they wont even fix it or let ** pick it up.
