  Terrible service, after the fact!.../ the one who sold it to us wasnt even really a sales person and she was awesome and went to bat for us and did everything possible to get us what we wanted and then some so she was actually awesome and really should work elsewhere so her name does'nt go down with this company. i bought a $260,000 unit and was sold all of the warranties and the warranties to make it so i don't have to move the unit that they will send a tech..... well now I'm on day 8 of having no fridge and they say since im so far away ( something that was told to them and why this kind of warranty was sold to me in the first place) that i have to myself find someone who deals with keystone warranties near me....... so every mobile mechanic says that they don't deal with keystone because keystone doesn't pay, so i called ******* back and he told me that because i have yet to pay my $150 dollar debt with the towing company that brought it home for me .....( this company has nothing to do with *******) he told me to F*^% my self and that my warranties are now void because i didn't pay the tow truck and hung up on me ...... dont deal with these people at all because i have called about other issues as well and was told " C'mon man its an RV it doesn't matter how much you spend that its an RV and it going to fall apart" as he laughed

  We attempted to buy our trailer from ******* in August of 2024. The salesman sold us on a unit, told us it would be built for us as soon as they received our deposit. They took our deposit and said it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks later and had heard nothing. We went to talk to the manager, *****. Apparently the factory had not even started the build. We were upset, having just waited 8 weeks and now being told it wasn't even started yet. His response was to get angry and say "I don't have to sell you this trailer." He made no attempt to placate us or try to save the deal. Because we live in our RV full time, and had already made arrangements to sell our current trailer, we needed to save the deal, so we placated ***** and he finally agreed to continue with the sale and to comp the installation of the washer/dryer if we purchased the machines. He gave us a completion date of Nov 26, with one week to transport from the factory to the dealership and one week to do the ***. By December 11 we still had not heard from the dealership. I called ***** to find out what was going on. He said it was being transported, it had left the factory over a week before, but he had no idea where it was. When I questioned how that was possible, he made a snarky comment about not having Apple airtags in the drivers and said again that he "didn't have to sell us this trailer". After two days of contemplating his attitude and poor customer service, we decided to take our business elsewhere. When I called to tell ***** he was correct, he did not have to sell to us, and moreover, we didn't have to buy from him, his response was "Good, because the trailer just showed up today and the front windows are broken, so your not going to be happy about that either."I called head office in ******* to complain about his treatment of us and found out he is the owners son. And no one ever bothered to call me back. We bought our new trailer from ********** and had an amazing experience.

  The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I was sold a brand 2023 ******** RV at a trade show in ********* in March 2023 and delivery was in May. They started the factory warranty in the middle of winter before I even picked up the unit. They winterized the unit after the 2003 season and then the following year on May long weekend, the tank would not hold water and it completely leaked out. I tried calling the **************** but they closed their location here. I contacted the *************** and they said it was out of warranty and that the **************** had nothing to do with them even though they owned it. Luckily I purchased the Ultimate extended warranty coverage but they still would not help me. I had to contact the company on my own and track someone down in ********* to do that work. The ** unit stopped working as well and I contacted the 3rd party warranty and they denied the claim because the ** unit has a manufacture 2 year warranty and said I needed to call woodys. I contacted woodys multiple times and kept getting the run around and they refused to help find someone local to do that work. All they would say is we don't live in ********* but I have no idea who to call and I would have to drive it to ********. Stay away from this company if value service and a company that will stand behind the products they sell.

  Long story short. I live in *******, The local sales department did not take us seriously, so we bought the ** in the spring of 2023 in ******** instead. After paying the deposit, the sale rep kick the unit outside without draining all the water in the pipe. So my hot water on demand unit freeze. Sale manager from ******** shipped us another unit, so the ************************** can install it. Guess what, I smell propane in the trailer. Being propane leak could be dangerous. Call the ******************* and they said too busy and give me another phone number to call. Which is one of their former employee who ran a mobile business. Only to find out the hose between propane tank to the hot water heater was never tighten. Cost me $250 + tax for their clumsiness. :(

  They ******* me on buying a used trailer. Was told it had a slight dog odur. On first walk through Ricky the Salesman had the electric fireplace going and there was just a slight odor nothing bad. Ricky had the furnace turned off until after I signed the paperwork. He then turned everything on and when walking back into unit it smelled like a wet dog was inside it was and still is gross. I emailed later that night saying I wasn't happy feeling like I got played. They reassured me that they would go completely through the unit cleaning the furnace and duct work out. As live 6.5 hours away I didn't get a chance to go back through it after they told me they had recleand it. I had a friend's dad tow it home for me. I've emailed and messaged on messenger why no response.

  WOODY'S RV IS AWESOME !  It does not matter to what department we go ALL of the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable or get us the info we need within minutes. I would totally recommend them.
