  If I could give them zero stars I would. I order a bag from them possibly over 5 years ago and never got it. I only bought from them because my grandmother did but even still she got her bad two months late. THEY ARE A ****! How awful do people have to be to **** you. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back.

  After seeing reviews on BBB, I said buyer beware on FB, to which I received this private message from them: Thanks for warning everyone about our bad business, ********, I find it so amazing when the "*****'s" of the world want to alert everyone. In 2020 we had over ****** orders lost by DHL and they left ** holding the bag, it almost ruined ** and we had to replace over $400,000 in products. You know nothing of what you speak, and we have sold more than 1 million bags in the last 5 years to AMAZING customers :) The few people who have left nasty remarks are people who you can never make happy! Have a wonderful day! The ******** Pretty poor business when customers are looking out for each other and are called Karens by a business.

  We have had our share of troubles as a business since the pandemic, rude comments on our page from someone who has never purchased from us is not helpful. We are an honest company and we work hard to keep our customers happy. Our products speak for themselves and we are very involved in serving our customers daily! We have had ****** orders in 2023 and only 3 BBB complaints and 2 of the 3 complaints are not even customers, just someone who read a review nd decided to make a decision based on that. We have over 16,000 5star reviews on our website and if you had purchased from us, you would have known for yourself :) Blessings

  This company was sending out emails 2-4 times daily basically begging for help, giving a sob story about how they were going to have to close up shop because of financial/overwhelming issues. Because of this they were discounting items to help get them moving for sale. Now MIRACULOUSLY they are strong and selling items again like normal and even have additional items for sale. Several customers, including myself bought several bags to help out. I feel as though this company had taken advantage of their customers claiming they needed all this help but are now going strong again. I'm sure they have some excuse how they bounced back but it's disgusting how they took advantage of the hard working people.

  Hi ***, thanks so much for helping us out when we were in a very tough place. We were in fact at the end of our rope as a family business when we sent the messages we were all out of cash flow, and for a business, that is the end of it. We also stated clearly that we hoped for a miracle, which you were part of, we needed cash flow and all of our amazing customers came back to help us, including you! So thank you so much, you helped keep us alive. We also stated in our messages to our customers, that if we could we would try and pivot our business and stay alive, this is where the new products come from. The new products are actually Print-On-Demand. So we are working with a couple of print-on-demand services that will make the products for us when the orders are placed, this helps us keep our inventory down, as you would have remembered from our emails and texts that inventory was the issue. So the new products are made to order, the only things we still stock are the bags and wallets, as they are our core products, and we are very involved in their manufacturing. In regard to the deals you received during the close-out sale, or what we thought was going to be, those deals were at our cost to make and some were below, and we only did that to free up cash invested in our inventory. So thank you again for being part of the solution and helping us, I just wished you had messaged me and asked these questions first, instead of posting them here.   Ordered 2 bags, almost immediately I received an email that they had been hacked. I emailed them to cancel my order. Waited 2 days for a response and they basically l as laughed off my concern and wouldn't cancel my order. I have now been receiving emails apx every 2 hours that they have closed, are closing, been hacked, sold out, etc. What a scam.

The reason you were getting those emails was that we actually were in the worst situation of our lives as a business. Sadly, we had to send a lot more messages than we wanted to so that our customers would know how things were and could help us by purchasing from our clearance sale if they wished. I have never laughed off any concerns of my customers so I am so sorry you felt that way and I hope that you are enjoying your bags. Please remember, that I guarantee all my products and if you every have any issues with your bags, please message me and I will help you!
