      They are harrasing me by emails and conctant calls.I paid my **** in full long time ****** account is cloesed.They are frauds. Shut them down.They do not deserve even one star.

      They spam call our business multiple times a day looking for names that aren't affiliated with us. I have brought to their attention multiple times that the people they're looking for aren't within our company. It's starting to become borderline harassment. Take us off your call list.

      On April 22, 2025, I contacted CBV Collection Services regarding an outstanding debt originally assigned by ******************, account number ending in ********* my initial email, I acknowledged the existence of the debt and made a good-faith effort to resolve it. I specifically requested instructions on how to make a payment or negotiate a settlement. I also made it very clear that I preferred all communication to occur via email only, which is a legally valid form of written communication in *******After not receiving any response, I sent a second email on April 25, 2025, following up on my original message. In that communication, I reiterated my willingness to pay and gave a clear deadline for response. I also warned that I would escalate the matter to regulators if no reply was *********** of today, I have received no response whatsoever from CBV Collection Services. I have not received any payment instructions, any settlement options, any communication acknowledging my emails, or any explanation for their delay. They have made no effort to contact me in writing, despite my clear and repeated requests.This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering that the debt originated from a credit card and may be accruing additional interest while they withhold payment instructions. I believe this constitutes an unfair and unreasonable debt collection practice that is financially harmful to consumers who are actively trying to resolve outstanding debts.I am requesting that CBV Collection Services be held accountable for their complete lack of communication. I also request that they immediately provide full payment instructions and a breakdown of any interest or fees added to the account since the assignment.I have filed or am in the process of filing formal complaints with the *********************************** and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding this matter.

      I am experiencing the same problem regarding the persistent harassment I have been experiencing from CBV Collections. If it were possible to leave negative stars, I would, as my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.For the past several months, I have been receiving multiple calls a day from your CBV, despite having settled the debt in question over five years ago. These calls are not only intrusive but unprofessional as well, as the representatives fail to leave any messages or provide information regarding the nature of their calls. This has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience on my part.Furthermore, when I attempt to return these calls, I am asked for sensitive and private information. I have refused to provide such details, as I do not know these individuals and believe they have no right to request such personal information from me. On every occasion that I have refused to comply, the call is abruptly ended, which I find not only unprofessional but also indicative of harassment.This continued behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it constitutes harassment under consumer protection laws. I respectfully request that *** Coolections cease all communications with me regarding this matter and ensure that my contact information is removed from their records

      Thank you for your communication.Please note that we have reviewed our system and the individual has contacted us yesterday 04/07/2025 in regards to the situation. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused and do take consumer complaints very ************ this point in time, we have removed the individuals phone number to prevent any outbound calls. Please be advised that *** is hired as a third party agency to work on behalf of the original creditor to assist consumers in resolving overdue and/or delinquent files.We do recommend that if the individual is in disagreement with the file, at this point in time they should file a dispute with one of the major credit reporting agencies ********** or *******. The credit bureau would need to conduct an investigation on their end to determine validity of the individuals claim. Additionally, if the consumer is under the impression that the file has already been previously handled, they should also reach out to their original creditor and provide any necessary supporting evidence. We have provided the contact details for the credit bureaus listed below. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.       I have repeatedly received calls for a person they want to collect from named **** *********. The *** has the wrong phone number and when I tell them this I still continue to get daily automated calls from them wanting to speak to ****.I just spoke again with an agent who said he will take care of this but it may take a couple of days. We are seniors both in our 80s who don't need this harassment.

      This company doesnt deserve even 1 star. Theyre harassing me with a very old debt. Ive explained my siruation of being **********. Its either pay off this old debt and go without food, housing, etc. this company calls multiple times per day, without leaving any messages. I dont not have any contract with these people. I can only offer the ORIGINAL creditor a small amount and then I want to be left alone. Their calls are harassing. I mean they can write off this account easily, as its not a large amount, and remove it from credit report. Im not paying this fraudulent harassing company. I will not pay any interest on this very old account.

      **************. I've talked with several agents that give me the run around on supposed debt with a company and service I've NEVER had. Always puts me on hold or even just hangs up on me when I question the authenticity of their calls. ******* a company that is trying to take advantage of people. Avoid at all costs.

      They dont even deserve the one star but you have to in order to leave a review. These losers keep filling up my voicemail box WITHOUT LEAVING A MESSAGE and they also use backdoor methods to call. I have paid off debts collected through other collection companies because they treat me like a human being and do not harass me with ******** empty voicemails. This company is highly unprofessional and I will NEVER give them anything because of their sneaky underhanded way of doing business. Enjoy getting nowhere with people due to your own shady practices.

      Incredibly unprofessional. I request several times for them to mail me information regarding the supposed debt I owe. They refused. Interrupted me the entire phone call. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and will not abide by basic best practices even when asked to.

      Cbv is a harrasing fraud . They are rude they make threats they call from different numbers they do fraudulent calls . Shut them down.
