    I ordered from Perfect Lens World on September 29th 2024. After 2 weeks of no communication from the business, no tracking number or anything of the sort, I decided to give them a call. I was thinking it was just a technical issue because Florida had just suffered 2 major hurricanes. The business then told me there was a hold on my account from December 2023, where they stated that there was a "charge back" on my account. I have explained to them on multiple occasions that the charge back was a mistake on my bank because the card was stolen from me and the bank had to conduct a fraud investigation. The account was closed but the investigation still had to be conducted. Now they are refusing to give me the box of contacts that I paid for due to this charge back, and also they said that they had sent me an email stating that I needed to communicate the reason for the charge back. I never received said email but after the explanation I gave they still refused to remove the hold, send the new box of contacts and have told me they will not give me a refund and I have to call my bank. At this point all I am needing is my box of contacts because I am tired of fighting with them over a mistake I didn't make. The box of contacts was paid for, they need to send me my contacts.
