This is a copy of a letter I have written to PerfectLens Contact Lenses based out of Canada:Subject: Immediate Action Required: Illegal Sale of Contact Lenses without Valid Prescription To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your companys unethical practices in selling me contact lenses without verifying a valid prescription, a clear violation of U.S. federal law. While I was initially unaware of the legal requirements for purchasing contact lenses, it has come to my attention that it is illegal to distribute them without proper prescription verification. Your companys disregard for these regulations is alarming, putting customers health at risk and undermining industry standards.Upon discovering this illegal sale, I promptly requested a full refund, only to have my request denied without reasonable explanation. This refusal is unacceptable, given the circumstances and the questionable legality of the transaction. It is deeply troubling that a company purporting to provide medical-grade products would behave so recklessly, prioritizing profit over customer welfare and legal ************* response, I have reported your company to the Better Business Bureau. I have informed them of your disregard for prescription requirements, as well as the fact that I suspect these lenses may be counterfeit. I expect the BBB and other regulatory bodies will take appropriate measures to hold your company accountable.I urge you to reconsider your decision to deny my refund request and to review your policies for verifying prescriptions. Failure to take corrective action will only further damage your reputation and invite additional scrutiny from oversight agencies.

Received my contact lenses damaged and customer service agent kept asking for prescription from doctor and I have sent it. Then asking to send the contact lenses from my doctor not from them. How does that make sense? Agent is Nate
