      Our Dad passed away recently. G&F's estate process has been extremely poor: very slow, poor communication and they refuse to release investments until they are due. He also had similar investments at **** they met with us in person, were very helpful and released investments immediately. I checked with CIBC and TD: they told us they would handle this the same as **** If anyone is looking for a new financial institution, G&F would be my last choice.
