    My order was from *** **, on Friday Jan 27, 2023, around 8 p.m. I ordered a rice dish from a restaurant that is about 1.5-2KM away from my townhouse complex. I have ordered from the same place several times before. They usually just leave the food at my front door (not the best practice, but acceptable). This time around the deliveryman just called me and said aggressively on the phone, "**** ** ****** ******". Because it is a large complex, the entrance is 3' (or more) walking distance from my particular unit. It was also raining outside. I called customer service, customer service contacted delivery man and he said "** ***** *** ** ** ** ****", and he just ***** the food OUTSIDE of the complex, on the sidewalk. He sent the picture to them and said it was delivered. When I looked at the picture I was very angry. I don't know what the problem was with the person, but the whole experience was just off. It was hostile and he did not even contact me to explain WHY. I would never take the food that way, even if it was free. They treated their customers with zero respect.

    Fantuan has been deducting monthly payment from me for a whole year, and $9.99 each month.The payment date is 20th each month, the last payment happened on Oct 20, 2022 (after that, I cancelled my credit card so no further deduction after Oct 20, 2022).The situation is, I was in ***** before Oct 20, 2022, because of the China firewall, I cannot recognize this deduction, and I don't have any idea about this pre-authorized payment for Fantuan's delivery membership, and I even don't remember my account on Fantuan. And of course, I certainly didn't enjoy any service through this membership, I want to get my refund of "the monthly payment" for the whole year, which is $9.99 * 12.As I checked, the authorization id of the last payment (Oct 20, 2022) is *****z.
