      It is hard for me to review the desk that I purchased for my Grandson as a Christmas gift. He is in ********* Army and stationed in ******* and I am from ************. He did say he liked it very much and was not hard to assemble. He sent me pictures of the finished product and it looked great to me. I wish I could say more but I can't and I won't make up any story about it. Please note the 5 star rating was based on pictures and what he told me. Deepest Regards, ****************

      I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kassandra, from Customer Service. I had problems trying to return my order and she helped me through the process to guarantee that I received a complete refund, with no strings attached. I am one happy consumer!

      Ordered ********** **** *** from Homesquare/cymax thru ******* on 10/15 and only received the headboard. Messaged Homesquare twice but never received responses. Had to contact ******* 6,7 times just for them to keep telling me to wait for them to contact the main seller which was Homesquare, said they were told the order was just for headboard only which was completely not what was advertised on their website. Walmart finally shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do and i needed to contact the seller myself, which like i said I did and they never responded to me and their phone number did not work. I paid $500 and they said it was just for the headboard??? **** *** * ***** **** **** ********** *** ** **** ************ ** ******* *** ****** **** **** *******

      Cymax ****** **, ********* *** ********* ******* **** sent me damaged bed and I provided photos as requested then asked them to return item and refund $719 since Oct-6 and till today Oct-28 nothing happened and customer service is lying all the time and giving flimsy excuses like they have technical issue, I've evidences for everything I've said such as emails and photos, I'll keep fighting to get my right back.

      I ordered a headboard but once the bedroom was set up there wasn't enough room for the headboard so I requested a return. I neglected to notice their refund policy. I only received one piece of the order. The second piece never arrived. It's going to cost $84 to return the partial order. That's more than the first piece costs. I don't have the second piece so I can't even use the headboard I ordered. They've got all of my money but I don't have the complete headboard. I'm now filing a report as I can't use the headboard I paid for and it will cost more to return it than it's worth. I will never use CYMAX again and make sure others know about the ****** customer "service."

      I order an amazing couch for my new apartment. The delivery company called me to advance the delivery and I took the day off and waited. Around 2:07 pm they called me stating delivery was outside and will only wait 10 minutes. I was in the rest room and didn’t see the message until around 2:30 pm. When I called they said they had to reschedule because driver was on route to deliver elsewhere. They wanted me to reschedule for 10/11/22. I told them that I was out of town and that I had taken the day off. ******* **** ******** ********* ******** ** **** ******* **** * *** ***** ******* *******. I called Home Square during office hours and no one picked up. ****** ** ********* ** * ****** ** **** ** ****** **** ******* ** ******** I don’t sponsor poor customer service!

      Do not order from this company. I ordered a bookshelf/fireplace. It arrived this morning. Obvious that the box had been retaped back together. I'm completely ok with getting a returned item that someone didn't like. I'm NOT ok with getting someone's damaged return. The gentleman on the phone was **** *** *** **** and refused to give me his name. I have photos of the box and the obvious broken pieces inside. I haven't even unpacked half of the pieces. I wanted a replacement, but asked for a discount because it arrived like this and I'd have to wait another week or so for the replacement. No discounts. Return or replace. ** *** **** ** ********* ******* ****** ********* *** ****** ******* ** **** ** ******** Ok. Return.       I received a furniture delivery that was not what I ordered. Since it was a heavy furniture piece I was concerned about the return and replacement. Kassanda at Cymax traced the order mismatch and arranged for the item I ordered to be delivered to me. I can’t stress how much she put me at ease and resolved my dilemma.
