      The plumber/technician Amrinder arrived on time as promised. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough in solving and fixing our plumbing problems. The work was done within the estimated time period and on budget as quoted.
      I would highly recommend Milani Plumbing to my family and friends!

      Technician showed up on time, was courteous, friendly and professional. He even showed me a video on his phone of the crud he blew out of one of the lines to the boiler. As an aside Milani was the only company able to fix our 'boiler from hell' 4 years ago so they're our go to guys going forward

      I called Milani to come and perform maintenance/tune-up service on my furnace that they installed a few years back. I'm happy with the service they provided because: 1. Their staff members (customer service and technician Ali) are courteous and professional, with excellent communication skills. 2. Everything was done as per schedule and on time. 3. Technician is knowledgeable with good workmanship; and able to accommodate my unscheduled service request (service my hot water tank in addition to my furnace) without hesitance. 4. Charging reasonable price for their services. 5. Good and timely follow-up after the service was completed.
      I would definitely use their services again and recommend Milani to anyone looking for someone to work on plumbing and heating related jobs/projects.

      The technician, Sia, was very respectful , communicative and professional. The maintenance and trouble shooting were done thoroughly and I was very happy with the service. Also , I had a follow up call the next day to be sure everything was ok and to answer any other questions I might have. I highly recommend this company!

      Manik showed up on time, carried out the work quickly, and left us feeling confident in his work! He was friendly and professional and gave us advice that saved us trouble and $$ on a problem we thought we had with shut-off valves! Very satisfied.

      Very dissatisfied.
      When buying a heat pump was told I would get a rebate of at least $3000.00. After install was told the unit had no rebate.
      Also very hard to contact them. Long waits on phone and promises to call back not kept several times.
      Suggest you buy from someone else

      I phoned Milani on Thursday afternoon because our hot water system - installed by Milani a few years earlier - had stopped working. I was told a technician would arrive at our house the next morning between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Ali L**** arrived at 8:15 and quickly found the problem - which he
      could correct on-site. He also did a little check-up of our system and was very friendly and professional. He gave me a $20.00 senior's discount which I wasn't aware was available. We are totally happy with the service we got from Milani and their Technician Ali.
