      I am most impressed with this company and their employees. I made a panicked phone call because our sewer line had backed up and each employee calmly walked me through what to do. I want to make special mention of Kim, in Dispatch, who moved things around to accommodate our service and Kenny, the technician, who did the actual work. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed and, when additional issues showed up, he took care of them before he left, which was a lot past his workday. I also appreciated Michael calling the following day to make sure we were satisfied with the work and with the employees. I make NO hesitation in recommending this company.

      I recently had a fairly vigorously dripping bathtub faucet that was wasting water. I called Milani and they sent Amrinder over to deal with it, which he did in a very professional, efficient, and friendly manner. All is now well. Thank you Amrinder.

      Great service. Called first thing Monday about an active leak and Milani sent someone right away. Service was friendly, issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and good long-term advice given.

      Just love working with the team at Milani Plumbing for plumbing emergencies and renovations. They are always professional, friendly, practical and efficient. Just recently did an update to my main bathroom shower with Liveleen. Again, exceptional service and support. The work was fine perfectly. Milani continues to be my ‘go to’ for all things plumbing.

      I recently had to have my water filtration system replaced, some of the reason was for over pressure from the incoming water supply. The filtration company, ***** recommended Milani. Hussain from Milani came to do the job of replacing a PRV which was not functioning and also I had two water hose connections replaced at the same time. The house is a little older and the work was not easy or straight forward and some of it quite difficult. but I have to say Hussain worked non stop to get it done properly. He just did one dedicated great job. I would recommend him for any plumbing repairs or installations. ***** *****

      We needed our sewer connection replaced, it had fallen out of alignment due to improper construction whereby tree roots had gotten in to the pipe and blocked off the line. This was in a mixed commercial and residential strata and we had numerous back ups until we found the problem
      Our go to plumbers and drainage people have always been Milani. They came in with a reasonable quote and planned out the replacement. Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job in getting the work done digging down into the ground and finding the problem. The damaged pipe was replaced and inspected by the city and passed with impressive results. A big thank you to him and his crew, don’t hesitate to call them for all your plumbing, drainage and HVAC needs.

      I had a blocked kitchen drain. I called Milani and a serviceman was available the following day. Darren came over punctually, he was friendly and took care of the job quickly and effectively. I was happy with the service.
