      On July 25, 2022, Milani was able to send a technician the same day to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. He was friendly and helpful. He did a minimal amount of work to fix my kitchen tap, and gave me recommended options if it started to leak again. Then he gladly stayed to fix a broken bathroom sink plug, even though that was not the reason for my call. And he finished by asking if there was anything else he could do while there. Very quick, friendly and painless. Thanks.

      We have called Milani twice, for two completely unrelated plumbing issues in our condo. Both times the service technicians were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Most recently (25 July 2022), Shawn fixed a drainage issue in our bathtub -- he was very quick at his work, and solved the problem perfectly.
      Additionally, we'd like to comment that communication from the central office was of a very high quality. When one of the technicians was running a few minutes late, the central office called us to let us know well in advance, and provided us with the option to either wait for the small delay or rebook for another day. That sort of up-to-date and honest communication from the central office also spoke to the level of professionalism provided by Milani.

      My finance was replaced earlier this month. A most pleasant technician, Dennis and his assistant, proved to be through and efficient . Upon completion of the installation, the workings of the furnace and new thermostat were reviewed.
      In addition to being efficient in his work, Dennis proved to be a very pleasant. Milani Plumbing deserves praise for hiring such good workers.

      Service call was for a leak from the kitchen sink. Amrinder was very informative and explained where the problem was and what was necessary to fix the leak. He was very earnest and completed the job in record time. I would not hesitate in recommending him to any of my friends who are in need of a good plumber.

      We had called approx 14:30 on Monday, they said they could come 9:00- 11:00 on Tuesday which was fine. 30 minutes after talking to them, they called back and said they could have a technician there in approx 10 minutes. The job was all done by 15:40. Perfect. The technician was really good and polite. I will use Milani again no questions.
