      Disaster averted in an emergency. Diagnostic and remedy were carefully done. *** was courteous and knew his trade well. We were particularly pleased with the speed with which the address our problem. I also appreciated the follow-up to determine our satisfaction with the work done.

      Excellent response time, showed up on time with all supplies that were needed to complete the job. Drew was excellent as well, professional and informative, worked at a consistently efficient pace and his work was perfect. We love the warranty - 10 year for HW tank, 6 year parts, 1 year labour.
