      **** was very good at installing our new hot water tank. It was quite evident he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Milani will be our new go to for plumbing and furnace work in the future.

      Manik is an amazingly talented and creative technician. In the January cold snap he saved our basement from an emergency flooding, meanwhile installing a cleverly-placed shut-off that allowed him to replace, on a planned second visit this month, the copper pipe that had ruptured with plastic pipe and the correct sort of insulation. He explained it all, very accurately yet in layman’s terms, and made a permanent and much-need improvement in our property. We recommend Milani, a firm we’ve used for decades, and Manik in particular!

      Keny was on time and did not leave until the job was done. He got to work right away and did not waste any time. Clean and professional and kept me in the loop with every step he took and explained everything as he went through the fix. Thanks keny and Milani.

      Great service. Technician was very helpful, solved the problem in no time, had the spare part in his truck, put it in and was and was out of the door in very little time, He apologized profusely for having to charge a full hour for 20 minute job but I said I understood. A very pleasant personable man.

      I'm very happy with the way Milani handled my request for installing a new kitchen faucet. They called to let me know the technician would be later than expected and followed up with another call when he was on his way. Lovepreet did a great job. He was courteous and completed the installation quickly. He offered some information on the faucet warranty. Milani also called the next day to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. I will call them again for future plumbing work.
