      Millani plumbing did an excellent job for us. They are very courteous, friendly and professional. We called at 9am and by 12pm the plumber was at our door, Just as promised. Mark explained everything in detail to us and fixed our toilet and garburator very quickly. Dealing with Millani reminds me of business in the 1950s,60 and 70s, when you got great service with a smile. We highly recommend Millani, you won't be disappointed. *** *

      My wife and I needed plumbing work and a new hot water tank in our home, we were very apprehensive about the whole thing due to previous unpleasant experiences with other repairs we had done around the house. I did my due diligence researching Plumbing companies and decided on Milani, reviews were good and a AAA rating, I made the right choice, everyone I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, we made an appointment and exactly on time Drew came to the door, he was professional and confident he could complete what we needed without issue. I was very happy with how the work was performed and turned out, the copper pipe connections were so neat and tidy and the new pressure regulator / hot water tank and associated piping work perfectly, I would definitely ask for Drew again if we need more plumbing work done.

      BEWARE! ZERO STARS! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We hired Milani to look into a rental unit' s heating and cooling system that wasn't working. The tenant there told us that the technician was there for less than half an hour because they concluded that they could not resolve the issue. Milani never sent us any invoice and 6 days later we discovered that head office charged us for 1.5 hours worth of work. Upon calling and requesting the invoice, they kept saying, "we'll send it, we'll send it" but until now, still nothing. We're still looking for a way to contest this and get our money back. My wife has called a number of times to file a complaint and they would put her on hold and make her wait for hours. They aren't able to justify why they charged us that much. We've always used ****** in the past and decided to try Milani out. We won't be using Milani again.

      When I had a plumbing issue, I called 6 different companies and Milani was able to send someone at an earlier time and date than the others and for a more reasonable callout price than most. The technician who arrived was very friendly and helpful with quickly assessing the problem. I definitely recommend them.

      On October 11/23 Milani gave us a estimate for tankless hot water system. The project was verbally agreed on October 27/23 & 50% deposit was requested. The installation was schedule to begin on November 9/23, to which I scheduled a day off from work. Half an hour to start of the project, I was informed the whole crew have COVID. The rescheduled date was November 17/23, for the installation of an electrical outlet. Yet another day I had to schedule to be off from work. I was informed on Nov 17 the electrician do not wish to come without the installation team present. Another day wasted. Again, reschedule for November 21/23. As suggested by Milani, I should request a new high-pressure meter from ******. ****** came that day and remove the meter cutting off all natural gas. Milani never show up that day. I had no heat during one of the coldest week of the year. I requested a technician to reconnect the meter so I will have heat back on and was promised someone will show up that night. No one show up. Next morning one technician showed up. He worked all day. Finally he completed the installation and connected the meter. I was told to shut off all gas appliances because it was pushing too much gas. Again, another night with no heat.. I contacted ****** next morning. Yet, another day I had to take off from work. Milani field manager came next morning almost the same time as ****** technician did. Milani had requested the wrong meter from ******. The correct meter was installed. There were few issues with installation of which one of them was the gas pipe was installed right across from the entry of the gas furnace filter. A comfort valve as never installed. Another day was scheduled to install the valve. Another day off was needed. Comfort valve was installed. Next morning the valve as leaking water. Another day that Milani had to come back to fix the leaky valve. To this day. I am not 100% sure if the installation was done correctly. It took approximately 1.5 months.

      I called Milani, and the next day ***** showed up and managed to unclog my toilet quickly and efficiently. I would happily call Milani again.

      ****, the technician that did the repair, was pleasant, polite, and also listened very well to my concerns before starting the work. He was meticulous and did a great job! Thank you!

      Excellent service and expertise by the technician in replacing our hot water tank. Milani is a very professional company. The customer care and follow up was very good. Their quote was competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending Milani based on the work they did.****************

      Booked for electrical installation: kitchen lighting to be removed and replaced with new as well as under counter replacement. Technician ****** provided excellent service: was prompt, tidy and thorough. Even wearing booties in my home and taking away the old lighting fixtures for recycling. I have used Milani for plumbing in the past and have always been happy with the service. So it made sense to use Milani for electrical. ****** also discussed future installation for dimmer switches and mentioned that customers can request the same technician! Overall would definitely recommend Milani.
