      Excellent service from the first contact with office. The service worker ***** arrived after calling to advise on his way. He was very professional in appearance and work ethic. He cleared the blockage coming into the house, completed the work and left the area clean & tidy. Would definately use ************* again in the furture if needed. Would recommend company to others.

      I originally called Milani in regard to my thermostat not working. Since my furnace had not been serviced for 1 1/2 yrs, I decided to proceed with its regular maintenance otherwise I would have been charged $225.00, which is their minimum fee for a technician's service call for the first hour. They sent a technician out within 4 hours of my call! He was efficient, friendly and very informative. He showed me that the only problem with the thermostat was one of the batteries had leaked a miniscule amount of acid onto the contact. He simply cleaned it and it worked perfectly! He then completed a furnace safety inspection well within the 1st hour. Also, many contractors do not offer a senior discount, whereas Milani does, in addition to being an AirMiles partner! I have dealt with Milani since 2010 and will continue without hesitation.

      The booking was easy, responsive staff. The technician ******** arrived on time, was friendly and pleasant, quickly identified and resolved the issue. Stayed to perform additional tests to ensure there was no leaking, provided valuable recommendations for the future. Great professional service!

      We had **********, up to do an inspection of our 11 year old gas furnace and our 7 year old gas water tank. **** was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Also very personable. We would highly recommend **** and Milani plumbing to anyone.

      I didnt have any idea of who I should call for a blockage, so went with Milani. Best choice I could make! The technician (*****) was fabulous. Right from my first call to book the appointment to finishing the job, everyone gave great, efficient and professional service. The technician was thoughtful, tidy, efficient and kept me informed me about the issues as the work progressed. I was not pressured into any unnecessary work and I was given great advice from the technician as to how I could prevent the issue from occurring. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to people I know and will definitely use them for sny plumbing needs in the future!

      The worker brought 40 years of plumbing and drainage technician experience to our blocked drains and sump pump. It is cost effective when someone knows what they are doing.
