      Milani service tech Jag arrived on time to inspect / service our furnace and A/****** was courteous, thorough and professional. When he did make a trip out to his truck, he made sure he closed and latched the gate after him. [Dog owners appreciate those who think of others]While working *** was happy to answer questions I had regarding his work. I'd rate Jag and all my Milani encounters as 5 star.

      I had an issue with water backing up into my bathtub and my toilet making gurgling sounds. This was new territory for me - my husband passed away in December, so I phoned Milani. ************** came and was so kind and patient, explaining what he was doing and why. He cleared the main pipe into the house and everything works well now. He cleaned up and you never knew he was there. Thank you ******.

      ************** *** quickly identified the issues with our furnace,ordered in the parts which came in 3 days later,and had the furnace back in shape the same day.Very professional,we would highly recommend Milani.

      I was booked for 10 to 1 but Milani at 8 told me they had a cancellation and he would arrive early, at 8:45! I was delighted and **** was the ideal worker, with a pleasant manner, careful about dirt and competent, because everything went well and did not take too long, leaving me free for the rest of the day.
