  Our service technician Igor arrived on time, and he was very professional efficient and courteous . He conducted a very thorough assessment of the repair and explained what he was going to do. Upon completion of the repair he checked to make sure there was no leaks and everything was working properly.
  This was not the first time we called Milani and it won’t be the last.

  Another great experience with Milani... this time, I had a mystery error code pop up on my tankless ***** gas unit, and could not find anything online to point me to a simple solution. Since the system was originally installed by Milani four years ago, I called them in the morning to make an appointment... and had a professional arrive at my door just a couple of hours later. The plumber, Sia, was very knowledgeable and efficient, pinpointing the likely cause of the error code after listening attentively to me describing the symptoms and the steps I had taken to try to resolve it myself (following the manufacturer's troubleshooting tips). He inspected the system, made a few adjustments, and had the system back up and running very quickly. I'd recommend Milani, and Sia in particular, to anyone with a plumbing or heating problem they need fixed!

  Karim was excellent. On time. Professional. Worked quickly. I don’t know what I would have done without Milani and Karim when my mom’s furnace went out on a cold Saturday afternoon.

  We have a double sink set up in our kitchen which has been leaking for a while. We tried the diy approach but in the end we used a professional. Adam from Milani was able to identify and fix the problem in an efficient manner. A professional is for sure more expensive but we will rest easy knowing it have been repaired correctly. We will continue to use Milani when we have a plumbing or heating issue.

  I had a few leaks under my kitchen sink and when I contacted Milani they were able to schedule a visit right away. Liveleen actually arrived early and he showed me the things that needed fixed. He was able to fix it all right away and cleaned everything up. The next day I received a phone call to ask about my satisfaction! I would definitely recommend Liveleen and Milani to my friends.

  Ali from Milan serviced our furnace and the whole experience was great. Making an appointment that suited our availability was easy; An opening came up the day before the appointment and they called to offer it; An hour before the Ali arrived, Milani called and said he would arrive in an hour - he was right on time; The service took 40 minutes and Ali explained everything that had been done.

  I had a toilet installed less than two years ago and it was loose and not working quite right. The company who installed it was not available to deal with it for a month and it is the only toilet in the basement suite, so I called Milani. The technician Simon was fantastic, best technician I have had from Milani ever. He solved the issue quickly with minimal cost to me. Could not ask for more.

  I have a mystery kitchen drain blockage (my plumber friend can't tackle it, he recommended me to called Milani). The time I talk to their customer service representative (Kim, polite and reassuring). To the time the plumber (Simon, professional and knowledgeable) who comes to do the job). Very good experience. Thank you.

  Adam from Milani came to do several small plumbing jobs (2 taps and 1 toilet) as well as worked on identifying a source of a leak that had damaged a wall. He handled the 3 small jobs with no challenge and then moved on to the leak issue. Even though it was getting late in the day, he showed extreme persistence in trying to identify the source. After much effort on his part, he was able to identify that the leak was not from water in the plumbing but had to come from either the roof or through the siding.
  Adam was great at explaining what he was doing and showed me clearly what he was basing his conclusion regarding the leak on.
