      I needed to have my garburator replaced and Milani had a great price and the customer service turned out to also be excellent.
      The work was dispatched and completed quickly, the technician was professional and courteous, and there was a phone follow up to ensure everything was good.
      Really great experience.
      This was not the first time I asked Milani to help and won't be the last!

      Prompt morning update as to status of arrival and arrived ahead of schedule.
      Lead Tech was informative as to what the process was going to be and did so with some humor which continued throughout the installation.
      Clean and respectful of surroundings within the home and excellent clean up and take away of the unit.
      Directed the assistant tech with a mentor approach so perhaps he was training but very supportive.
      Quick and accurate with invoice preparation.
      An overall excellent experience which we have come to expect from Milani and why we have used them for 20 years with all our furnace/water appliance replacement and installation.

      Jag from Milani carried out annual maintenance of our residential heating and cooling system. He was everything we could have asked. Punctual; courteous; wore a face mask, gloves and booties; seemed to know his stuff; explained what he was doing; and answered my questions. Ten out of ten. ***** *******, 10 January 2023.

      Had a new ****** signature series furnace installed + new piping installed + new thermostat. Job well done they fixed & corrected builders mistakes, explained everything clearly & an amazing job was done clean, neat, correct way. milani is by far best company around. ********* ******* **

      Lovepreet, my technician, was very polite and professional. He discovered a few issues that I was previously unaware of, and I am very grateful. Had he not noticed, I would have had additional issues with the old plumbing in my house. I recommend him highly!

      Amrinder (Tech) arrived on time and reviewed the issue. We discussed options and agreed on plan. The required parts were obtained and the work was completed efficiently. Checked/ adjusted the water pressure band double checked that the fittings were not leaking. I received a good value for the expertise & work performed. Repeat customer for other plumbing work previously performed.
