    I placed an order (Order CM44792) on December 2nd for 2 mats (1 car mat and 1 custom front door floor mat), where my credit card was charged $416.63. I received an email confirmation advising that another email would be sent once shipped. Over 2 weeks went by and there were no updates. I began contacting Canada Mats. I sent emails to ******************************* and their website email with no response. I then began contacting their phone number and after a number of calls, was able to reach an employee. I was advised one of my items (custom floor mat) was on back order, but it should be done this week. He also told me my car mat should have been shipped already since they are premade. He put me on hold to get his manager, but then advised he was unavailable. I was told he would call me back later, but no one ever did. I sent more emails the following day, but again no response. I then contacted them by phone once more and after more calls, was able to reach another employee. She was not clear on when my car mat would arrive, stating either it would arrive this week or i would receive a tracking number. I still have no tracking number or items in my possession. I have called the business numerous times today (Dec.18), left messages but no one is picking up or calling me back. It appears the positive reviews on their website are heavily moderated and not true. I have now observed other customers such as those using **** have had similar issues and poor experiences with this company. I want my items delivered and tracking numbers provided.
