- Some consumers allege that they spoke with agents who are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and also they got hung up on multiple times
- Some consumers allege that the dispute resolution process has given them inaccurate information
- Some consumers allege that they are not responsive to their customers and received a response back either after a long time or went unanswered
Sales Issue
- Some consumers allege that they had limited options to choose in terms of hours of parking
- Some consumers allege that they were not aware that there is an administrative fee to process and get tickets voided
Technical Issue
- Some consumers allege that there are machine errors
- Some consumers allege that there are out of order machines not being fixed for a long time
