      Had purchased a ticket ( for 5.00 ), machine was not working, after 4 attempts it finally processed ( as I stood in the pouring rain ). Came back to a ticket on my car. Disputed it as I had a valid ticket and they charge another $ 5.25 to dispute it and another $ 2.50 to process the fee ( as ****** **** is potentially going on strike ). ** *** **** ****

      I use their parking garage for my vehicle and they locked me in a refused to let me leave. They said they were doing cleaning and needed cars to be moved by 4pm on a Saturday or they would lock the cars in, which is fine. However, I went to move my car earlier in the afternoon before 4pm and they had already locked me in and refused to let me leave. **** ********

      ******** ***** ******* ******** ** *** ***** ******* *** ********* **** ******* ***** ** ********** Their payment machines are completely misleading — I selected the “MAX” option, which any reasonable person would assume means “maximum allowable time.” What it actually means is parking only until 6:00 PM — a detail that is nowhere clearly stated on the screen or signage. ****** *** **** **** ******* **** **********  Instead of making their systems intuitive or user-friendly, Precise ParkLink seems more focused on issuing fines than providing a fair service. When I disputed the ticket, they doubled down on the technicality, ignoring the fact that their machines failed to properly communicate how long I was actually paying for. That’s not customer service — ****** ************.       Worst customer experience ever. Will never park in any of their parking lots again. I have received 2 tickets in the last 2 months and both times l had paid and have proof of payment. I followed the instructions and emailed them when l received my first ticket in January with proof of payment and they replied to asking for a $5.25 admin fee for ticket issuance. Today l received another ticket due to their machine not printing my ticket. I checked my credit card and the payment successfully went through. This is totally unacceptable and worst customer service ever.

      I received a ticket from this company ** ** **** *** ** **** ****** ** ********* ****** We have a patrolled lot at my work and so I display my parking pass on my dash & register the vehicle with facilities. On this day, I had to use my husband's car so I made sure to display my pass on my mirror and let facilities know. At the end of the day, I received a ticket. I called Precise ParkLink Inc and they said to submit an email with a picture of the parking pass. I followed up with them several times and they let me know that my email was 'under management review'. Finally, after several weeks, someone emailed me to let me know I had to pay the ticket because they didn't recognise my pass (I've been using this pass for eight years). Based on what i'm reading below, this company is just blatantly using any excuse without sufficient justification to ***** money from people. ** **** ***** ** ** ** ** ***** ******* ** ******* ******* ******

      Terrible service. I received a parking ticket for $100 with a discount of $50 if paid within 7 days. I went to pay online within 2 days & not only did they want me to provide my credit card info on their insecure website, they also wanted to charge me $75. So I called the number on the back of the ticket which just rang 5 times & then hung up. I kept trying to call & after 40mins of re-dialling I eventually got through to a person. The person was acted like |I was wasting their time. I asked to speak to a supervisor to let them know my experience. The supervisor then interrupted me twice within 2 mins so I asked her if she wanted to hear my experience or not & she hung up on me.       Was ticketed for not displaying parking pass and when i provided evidence that my car was registers to park in the lot they informed me i had to pay anyway or they would send my fine to a collection agency. This company is ******** and ******** to deal with and provide no benefits or protection to loyal customers vehicles. **** * ***** **** ** ******

      **** ******* *** ******* ***** *** ******* I paid for a parking ticket and they still gave me a ticket claiming that my ticket was not displayed. I contacted them with evidence of parking ticket and i explained to them that it maybe the officer didn't see the ticket displayed on the dashboard due to the weather conditions. despite all this they refused to honour the fact that i paid for a ticket and insisted on paying the violation ticket. i asked for a refund for the ticket i paid for and this they refused as well. they are not about acting honourably, **** *** ******* **** * ******** ******* ** **** ***** * ***** **** **** * ***** ****** ** ** *** ** ******

      * ******** * ******* in London ON and need ed to Park downtown. A sign was up saying $28.00 concert rate but I could not get that amount to come up on the ticket machine. i called customer service and after a long wait a person came on the line who said they would transfer me to someone who could help. I was cut off. I ended up paying $22.50 until 6pm and then an additional $39.50 from 6pm to 6am the next day. i did display the ticket on my dash but it slipped down between the windshield and was not fully visible. I sent in a dispute after getting a ticket for $50 in 7 days or $100 after that. I explained my case to this business, provided my 2 pay stubs and they declined any reasonable resolution. They did not return my emails. the bill is now $175.00. *** *** * ******** *** **** **** **** ********* ** *** *******

      ** *** **** ** ******* ******** **** **** *** ******* I parked at one of their lots. I entered my license plate number and paid for my parking. When I came back to my car after my appointment I had a ticket. I emailed right away to show I paid for my parking. They responded to say okay but I had to pay a processing fee for the cost of writing my ticket. I said "no way." Soon afterwards a threatening letter came in the mail to say I owed $121.75 to say pay up NOW or additional admin fees will be added and my account would be sent to a collection agency. So i wrote in again and explained I paid to park, which they had agreed upon. I had an email back to say I had to pay the processing fee. So fine I will pay the processing fee but I had to pay another fee to process my processing fee. * ** ********* **** *** ***********  I told them they needed to get parking machines that confirm your license plate number is legit. I suspect their machines are not working properly, part of their business model.
