      Dear *********** am writing to file a formal complaint against Yellow Pages Digital Media Solutions. As a young and small business owner who recently started operating, I entrusted Yellow Pages to provide advertising services that would help grow my business.Unfortunately, not only did I receive little to no leads or benefit from their service, but they also misled me into signing a contract that is now draining funds I critically need to build and sustain my company. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the service and request a refund, Yellow Pages continues to charge me without providing the promised value or acknowledging my *********** a new and struggling business, every dollar counts. I feel taken advantage of and ignored.       They sold me a vip silver package of advertising and changed ***resentative every time I called and give me excuses over excuses so I stop payment to get what I signed for before paying to pressure them to deliver and they were going to apply credit then *** change excuses came and they paused my ad and now they canceled me for not paying they never give me the service I was supposed to pay but yet there bullying me to pay the full amount Im not impressed beings a member of the bbb for years giving quality customer service to my customers

      Through numerous attempts to cancel the said add they refused me , wanted to change the add and it would start over for another year costing me more or the same for less. They demanded my medical from my ** in stating they may reduce or cancel . I believe my human rights protect me as I have *** and I do not remember but I usually state that because the person i spoke with was confusing me. The *** called me earlier this week she and became verbally abusive talking over me and screaming at me to me after I explained my Brain injuries to her, I finally hung up and then again they called 2 more times so I blocked them They at this time do not have my current address and I am not sure if they are trying to sue me personally or by **** because I was using a personal bank account and personal credit card upon my first payment ot payments. I am 68 , the **** has other debts and I just want to retire peacefully and enjoy a stress free life of the time I may have left. I called *** today, they refused to provide any answers to any of my questions and refused to take the ********* number my personal bankrupcy records is **********. in bankruptcy... I am at a loss
