      I was contacted by Yellow Pages and assured that their advertising serviceincluding integration with Googlewould help generate business for my psychotherapy and counselling practice. They asked if gaining at least one new client per month would be worth the investment, to which I agreed.Since signing up in January, I have been charged $349 per month ($300 plus tax), but I have not received a single client through their service. I have repeatedly reached out to cancel the contract, starting in February and continuing each month thereafter, but my requests have been ignored or dismissed.Despite their promises, Yellow Pages has provided no meaningful support or results. Their services have not only failed to deliver, but have also caused unnecessary financial stress. I feel misled, especially given the much more affordable and effective options availablefor example, Psychology Today charges only around $34/month and actually generates client *********** my experience, Yellow Pages no longer represents the trustworthy company it once was. Based on both my personal outcome and the experiences reflected in numerous other negative reviews, I would strongly caution others against using their services. The costs are excessive, and the return is non-existent.

      This company is a scam. They get their sales representatives to lure you in with promises that the account handlers can't actually deliver upon. Then, they don't follow through, and expect you to pay. They don't even do the jobs themselves, they get AI to do it. I'm fine with that normally, but in this case, AI didn't even do a great job. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THEM!!!

      Yellow Page ******************************** a very big scamer in Canada. In ************************************************** that they are the only company who can help my business to bring it on top of the ****** pages in 3 months. After 3 months I cantact them and told them that I don't want their services anymore but they said the contract is for one year and they are not going to cancel it and I have to pay every month $267 for getting nothing in return. After 2 years yesterday I received a paper from collection center that I have $3149.49 otherwise they gonna effect my business credit. Now I don't know what can I do and where I can go?Please someone give me a good advice, thanks

      Dishonest, they will say you are going to recieve 1 product but give you a different. They will say you are stuck for a 1 year term. I called and disputed it even the lady in the dispute department said she feels bad for me and that I should not be stuck in this contract
