  I was extremely pleased with the work that AZ provided. Unfortunately a few months later I received a letter from a lawyer stating that I have a lien on my home and that I needed to pay the amount owing to the supplier to get the lien removed. All my payments to AZ was sufficient and on time however they did not use my funds to cover my supply. I have received a letter from AZ lawyers stating that they are not here to protect my interest as a client and its up to me to get a lawyer. It is also stated that AZ has no capacity to pay the suppliers.

  We hired AZ to install ****** panels and planks on our new home build. We opted for a custom coating in black. This was done at ********************* and shipped to site.Generally the initial experience was good but the team that did the siding install were really careless. Many times we saw them walking on the finished surface, dragging panels over gravel finished side down. I mentioned this to the project manager and he said he would talk to them about this and assured us that any deficits would be touched up after completion. In the end the damage was well beyond a touch up. I have tried to engage AZ in finding a resolution but they have not responded other than to offer a trivial amount (the 2% we held back, we should have held back more).The pictures attached are after the house was power washed twice. This is not surface dirt. I don't know if we were unlucky and got one of their less skilled subcontractors for our install, but I would certainly caution using AZ for more expensive unique siding installs. If you do use them, I would recommend a larger hold back until the work is fully completed.

  We issued reimbursement cheque to paint the house and passed it to ******, your project manager. We honestly believe that the issue is not in bad workmanship but in paint was used by coating company. Regardless fresh coat of paint will solve the issue and make you feel better!

  Thanks. I have received the cheque. I still disagree about the cause of the issue. I watched how your installers treated the siding as they put it up. They were walking on the surface and dragging panels face down. But , yes, a coat of paint should correct the issue.

  This company was terrible. They did not communicate and were provocative when questioned. I have kept a file on them. They will not give me a"paid in full" receipt. They block my calls and emails. The work is finished but at what personal pain. They left a mess everywhere and did not clean up after each day. Came late and tried to work in the dark. The first crew, who later left, did no hard work. That was done by the second group who did a great job.
  The person in charge said ********** things to me personally. They did not like that I kept track of their hours and clean up. I was nothing but kind to the workers and offered a warm environment on cold days and a wash room.
  I would never have used them knowing what I know now. The work is still not perfect. That left some things undone. She's they had to come back after they had "finished", because they forgot a whole piece of the house.

  Great job was done replacing the siding on our home with Hardie. Our home looks fantastic! Dimitry always responded to questions promptly and made sure that everything was going as planned. The project was done in a timely manner and cost was as estimated. They cleaned up when they were done. THey did an excellent job with our home. Quality workmanship and product Would definitely recommend AZ siding in the future!!
