      Recently took a taxi to Richmond YVR Vancouver *********** of their taxi drivers (***** ***, Indian accent) drove my family cab number B51 (License Plate WE *********** he was helping my wife load luggage into his white minivan, he made sexually inappropriate comment to my ******* wife later told/ whispered this to me while we were already in the cab. I confronted him and he threatened me and started to drive much faster. When called him out for driving 25+ beyond the posted 50km/hr speed limit, he denied. To make matters worse, he refused to turn on the meter and kept saying its "always a flat $60 fee to the airport". I then said stop the car at the next gas station. He ignored us.When we arrived at the airport, I refused to pay given his sexual harassment towards my wife, threatening us, and breaking numerous traffic laws and taxi bylaw.When I approached Bonny's Taxi, they only said we'll look into it.Well, its been 8 weeks now, they obviously don't care about the physical and emotional safety of their passengers.Driver of taxi cab B51 (License Plate WE ***** should be fired and if he has not earned his permanent residency, ******************* should revoke his **** and send this pervert back to the country he originated from.

      Well I finally found someone who agrees with me. No. I finally found many who agree with me. These guys are **********. And the owner is exactly the same. He told me I’m so sorry for what you had to pay. I will take 30 minutes to add up what we owe you and then call you right back with a complete refund. That was a complete *** he’s never paid me anything and even **** to **** ********* when they called he told them he’d come to my home and given complete refund for more than $50.00 fee for normal $12.00 fare one way. So when I told the ********* **** licensing officer who called him that the ***** has never come to my home and never paid me anything and always refused any calls from me , the **** ******** said I’d have to sort this out myself. Thanks so much **** ** ******* for your support. Are you related to the Bonny’s taxi group? I will continue to use ******** cabs from vancouver. They treat you like family. And I’ve been told that whoever owns Bonny’s taxi also owns ***** **** taxi too. Your only other choice is ** ***** cabs. Read my ****** review

      I called for a taxi, which came and the driver demanded $10 to take me 5 blocks up the road to the sky train station, a fare I take 4-5 times every week and it costs +/-$5-$6 with tip. I told him to just turn on the meter and drive so he starts driving in the wrong direction at 20kph when the speed limit is 50kph. So he gets turned around heading the right way and he's still driving 20-25kph and arguing with me saying next time he won't come. I got so frustrated that I told him to pull over which took him forever to finally do and I walked the remaining 4 blks while I called Bonny's to complain about the driver. The dispatcher transferred me to the supervisor who ended up hanging up on me. I see that the BBB has given them an A+ rating, ****** Reviews rates them 1.9/5 stars and you don't have to look fat to see complaints and outage from other people they've infuriated with their non existing customer care. It should also be noted that they have monopoly on the taxi business in Burnaby BC. There is no competition. So they can act like jerks. But I've got a prepaid **** and I'll be an **** or Lyft customer while I'm in ********************** from now on because I can not reward bad behavior.

      USE AN ALTERNATIVE. My friend lost his phone in a cab. I called the next day and learned that driver's take home whatever they find and aren't expected to report it but, hey, "it might be in lost and found in a few days". The man gloats rudely, hangs up on me once after insisting he needed a phone number that he did not need, spoke like a low-iq bully in the schoolyard, and essentially provided the actual worst "customer service" experience - after I explained that my friend had been a weekly customer for 8 full years and asked him to "please help". "Stop yapping or I'lll hang up again", he said, with a smile. USE AN ALTERNATIVE!!

      I got into a ************ from the ***************** taxi lineup. The taxi was marked B2 and the license plate was ******. I put my two suitcases in the trunk. I saw the driver turn on the meter which I thought was bizarre considering it's a flat rate when it's an airport pickup trip, but I didn't say anything. When we arrived, I saw the meter was at $41. He told me that's what I owed him. I said that I knew it was a flat rate for airport trips and asked what the rate was. He said it didn't apply to "rush hour" pickups (it was 5:45 pm at this time on weeknight) and I needed to pay the metered rate. I told him I knew that was incorrect and I would be paying him the flat rate and to let me know what it was. He argued with me. I stood my ground and I told him I would pay him cash and to please open the trunk so I could get my suitcases. He refused to let me out of the car until I paid him (which I understood but with 2 heavy suitcases in his trunk I wasn't going too far too quickly), but my concern was he was going to drive away with my suitcases as he was angry and shouting at me. I gave him $37 cash (as I referred to the *** website in that moment at the taxi zone fares from *** that shows **** * Downtown under that rate). He had locked me in, and was yelling at me that I owe him more and I said no. At this point, I unlocked my door, got out of the vehicle and he refused to open his trunk to let me take my suitcases. After a further argument ensued, he finally did, I took them, and he drove away. I am quite confident he was trying to cheat me and am so disappointed that even once I told him I knew the rules he was still verbally aggressive to me and made me feel unsafe. What a horrific experience. What's even worse is that I have reached out to ***************** three times now to complain via their website complaint form and have not heard back.

      I usually would not choose this taxi company, but after a long flight it was the ********* available in the taxi lineup at the *****************. I got in and notified the driver of my address, which was in downtown *********. I thought it was bizarre he was running the meter considering its a flat rate fare, but decided not to say anything as I just wanted to get home. We arrived downtown and the meter was showing $40. The flat rate for the area is $37. I asked him how much it was and he said $40 and I told him I was aware of the flat rate of $37. He tried to tell me that due to the time of day (5:30 pm on a Wednesday) that the flat rate didnt apply. After a minute of back and forth, I gave him $37 cash (purposely omitting a tip at this point due to him trying to ***** **) and then he refused to open the trunk and give me my luggage. It was an awful experience.

      I took a cab after watching my ************ ******** ***** *** **** *** ***** ******** ** *** ******** ***** ****** * **** **** ******** This was at 2:57 in the morning when I left I waited 10 minutes for a cab on the app that said it was already there. he called and said I needed to be outside in two minutes or he would leave. I said that I had already been outside for 10 minutes so she hung up the phone when he arrived and I got in the cab he was questioning the address, which was already pulled up on the screen , he requested I show him proof of payment in cash form or through my bank. I started looking through my purse for my cash, and I stopped myself in questioned what legal rate he had to ask that and why he would ask that he stated while I work nights you have to understand . As a worker, I do understand. I also understand the fact that if you have someone that you would have to question for finances due to an ******* ***** ** ****, you’re putting yourself in more harms way then by safely, taking them home and letting the people who are trained to confront a situation like that confront it. He was incredibly **** and very ********** pushing for proof of payment when I got in the car. I made the effort and reached out to the cab company with no response. I do, however, have massive concerns, not only for him, putting himself in the situation, confronting anyone who’s in an ******* ***** ** **** for funds that could go horribly wrong quickly. But his ********** tone and complete lack of ******* and respect out of pure assumption was not OK and incredibly humiliating have a picture of the cab in the cab number. I would appreciate somebody following up with the company for me.

      ******************* is the absolute worst cab company I have ever encountered, they refuse to resolve issues, they lie and the customer service is exceptionally questionable, I had ordered a cab to ******************************** and was driven just a few blocks short of *****************, the driver cost me my flight which was expensive, then lied about the instructions he was given, I had called to explain the issue and was told that the driver was given the correct information on where to go, just to have the manager lie to me and dodge me at every chance to resolve this problem, so I am making this review and asking the BBB to seriously take a look at this company and the way it is being run. I will never take this taxi again and I will inform all people that I know to avoid them like the plague.They receive zero stars from me

      BW motel ******** to ******(canuck game) $47.00 , thru ****** st? .zig zag everywhere.going so fast. Jan 3? trip should have been $32.00
