      ******* was the BEST. We touch bases about a year ago because I wasnt sure where I was gonna go. A year later, I reached out to her regarding the same trip and she was on top of it. Did everything quickly and got me booked. I will definitely reach out to her again for my next vacation. I would definitely give her a 10 out of 10 if I could. Thank you so much *******.

      Ive been unable to redeem the two certificates, so at this point I would just like the $150 back! I reached out to the agent assigned to me by phone, and email back in July. He reached out to me by email twice stating, he hasnt heard from me. I dont understand why we cant connect, we seem to be playing cat and mouse! Ive tried three or four times today (10/14/24) to call, and keep getting the same recorded message, theyre flooded with calls. I left my information three times, hoping for a call back! Im frustrated by all this, plus my carry over frustration for not being able to redeem the certificates over the summer. I dont typically make snap judgments, but this whole certificate process has been too much!!! This is so unfair, please HELP!!!

      I went to the presentation got my certificates and came home and registered online. I paid my 50 dollars it required to register. Later went on to book a trip and realized I needed to pay 398 dollars extra just to be able to talk to a travel agent. This became frustrating as no one ever told me this at the initial presentation. I decided to check reviews of this company before paying the $398 and found a lot of poor reviews. I am not comfortable spending any more money after reading all the horrible reviews and would like a refund of my initial $50.

      I understand everyone is busy but, we need some resolution here or acknowledgement from Odenza, we have paid our fees in late August and we were told we would be contacted within 5 to 10 business that, time has passed. We were hoping to travel To Vegas on September 25, 2023. We havent spoke with the assigned travel agent ****************! I understand you are busy but, we need to know if this is possible! That is it!
