    I hired this company through BBB and on July 4/23(Tuesday) a technician came to spray for the wasp problem I was having. It cost me $250.00 plus tax and included a one year warranty. I was told if the problem wasn't resolved in 1-2 days to let them know. On July 6/23, two days later (Thursday) I still saw wasps going in and out of the area so I texted the technician, no response. On July 7/23(Friday morning) I texted technician again, no response. Later in the afternoon, I contacted I assumed was the boss, ***. He told me if they're still active they will treat again on Monday. On Monday morning, July 10/23, I texted technician again to say wasps still active, again no response. In afternoon, I texted *** to say I had no response from technician and wanted to know when they were coming back, no response from *** either. This is now Tuesday, July 11/23, and I have had no further response from anybody from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service or lack there of, and I went through BBB so I wouldn't have a problem like this. I would actually prefer to get another company to resolve my wasp issue. I am so annoyed with them I do not trust them to do the job they were hired for in the first place.

    Sorry, this is the first email Ive seen. 
    Maybe the last one went to junk. 


    Anyway, I have contacted the customer and straightened everything out.


    Ive had some ****** issues with a sick ****** member and I totally dropped the ball. 
    I am so sorry.
    In addition, the Technician who was taking care of the job is also my son and is obviously dealing the same family issues, such as it is when you have a family run business. 


    We are treating the job again and giving them a full refund to make it right.
