** arrived on site with enthusiasm and knowledge of what he was to be about! Listening to our story of the activity of our mice, they immediately made a thorough investigation of the exterior and interior of our home, presenting us with a plan. It could be worked in stages or all at once. It could be done partly by us, or all by Westside. We were very pleased how he said he could work with us. When we saw we might need them to do more, he immediately began a revised plan of action. We look forward to seeing our home RID OF MICE as we work with **!!Westside Pest Control Ltd.

Egor from Westside Pest Control was a very knowledgable and reliable technician. He went above and beyond to help us understand how to deal with our pest (mice and rat) problem in the house and in the garage. He was very respectful of my neighbours property when he had to have a ladder propped up to fix a problem in our roof and he took the time to show me how to use the traps and answer my many questions. Another thing that stood out was when he dropped a very tiny piece of garbage he took the time to pick it up! I can see that he really cares about the environment and doing an excellent job. He was humble to say he didnt know something when he didnt know (no one can know everything) and he encouraged us to keep at it. Thank you, ****!Westside Pest Control Ltd.

I'm very pleased with this company! I had a wasp problem & found this company online. They asked questions about the problem then gave me a fair quote over the phone. And their response was quick. The fellow who came was very pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient at his job. I highly recommend Westside Pest Control & will most definitely call them again if I should need to. Westside Pest Control have supplied me with 2 different services recently. The service was great! The quote was given in a reasonable time, the service people were on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. There was good communication between the office and the service people.
