      Ulala has been holding my package hostage for 70 days now. I still do not have my package to this day. According to their website, it had arrived at their sort facility on December 4th, 2024 and the first (and last) update was a delivery attempt on December 5th, 2024.I have tried to contact them probably around 50 times now via phone and email and have only received a response 3 times. Late December - The first response was via phone and they said they would reschedule a delivery and my package would arrive in 1-2 days after confirming my address and buzzer code. It obviously did not arrive.Late December - The second response was via email and all they did was ask for information like my name, address, phone number, etc, in order to continue. When I responded back with the requested information, they ghosted me and never responded again, even after I followed up with another email.Mid January - The third response was via phone and they said that they do not have the package at their facility and that it is in one of their driver's cars. They said that they will contact the driver to bring it back to the facility and that they will reschedule the delivery within 2 days. This was another lie and I still do not have my package to this ****** this point, I have been trying to get into contact with them almost everyday but they do not even pick up the phone. 3 responses out of 50 attempts is not a good look. Having a driver keep packages in their car for months at a time without any updates, rescheduled deliveries, or any reasonable way to contact them is absolutely ridiculous. I am not the only one with this experience either. A simple search on ****** will result in countless similar reviews with people having their packages being held hostage by Ulala. Ulala is s******* everyone over and is straight up lying to avoid accountability. This is unacceptable and I would like an IMMEDIATE re-delivery or FULL compensation for my package if it has been lost.

      Hello!I have a problem. I ordered a construction laser level in *****. The supplier sent my order. Upon arrival of the parcel in ******, the transport company "Ulala" was supposed to deliver my parcel. 7 days passed and the supplier asks if I am satisfied with my parcel? To which I answered that I did not receive the parcel. The supplier began to track the parcel and said that the company delivered my parcel. I contacted the company. I still have not reached the company, no one picks up the phone. I sent 4 emails to their address. I have not received an answer either. I ask for your help. Maybe you can help me.The company has a last mile tracking service, where the postman provided photos of the delivered parcel. I have provided them below. The very last photo is of our entrance. The address is correct, but this is not our mailbox. And there is no photo of the parcel under the mailbox.Thus, the postman misled the company and the supplier, and I lost both money and the parcel.I kindly ask you to help me solve this problem.Sincerely, **** ******* ********** 1 and 2 provided by the ************** 3 and 4 show our mailbox in reality.       I ordered something online from a *************** on Dec 3, 2024. The company I ordered from sent my package to Ulala for local courier delivery. It apparently made it to my city (********, **) on Dec 20th. They made a delivery attempt on Dec 22nd but, I was not home to let the driver into the building. They tried "redelivery" on Jan 9, 2025, but I did not get a call from the building buzzer on that day, and they left no note at the door indicating they would try again or where I could pick up the package. I tried calling Ulala at ************** multiple times, but nobody answered; it went to voicemail after a few rings. I left several messages and emailed the customer service email with no response. I told them to please contact me if they attempted delivery again. Finally, last night Jan 17, at midnight, a driver "delivered" the package. However, the "proof of delivery" photo was clearly NOT taken inside my building - it looks like they took the photo in their vehicle. I did NOT receive the package, and I still cannot get ahold of anyone from the customer service department at **********************. I have also contacted the original seller to inform them about the issue however, they keep saying they are "looking into it" and have yet to make any resolutions or provide me with any information.

      Ulala is the business. After many attempts to get in touch with this business they have not got back to me. The issue is that they are suppose to be delivering a package to me. It was mailed on December 7th. The tracking number is UL668527816180950959. Where is my parcel? Please help me.

      Horrible service. My package has been in ****** and in Ulalas possession since December 13th. After constantly checking the tracking information for an update, it said they attempted a delivery on the 23rd of December, but I was home all day so thats impossible (I live in a house). Contacted their customer service on December 26 when the tracking information didnt update for days - they asked me to confirm the address information. I confirmed the address immediately that same day by responding to their e-mail on December 26, and I have yet to receive a response since. I sent 3 follow-up e-mails that remain unanswered. Called their customer service number, and I dont think its real. Its consistently sent to voicemail during regular business hours, which is alarming. Ive tried calling at all times of the day, and it goes to voicemail. Ive left 2 voicemails back in December, and havent heard back. Theyre literally holding my package hostage at this point. The tracking information hasnt been updated since December 23, and its now January 13. I cant even imagine what the delay is - I honestly think they stole my package.

      3 times this delivery company has left our parcels on the sidewalk... 3 times they are stolen.. we have put up 2 big signs, instructing delivery to be put in lobby, all tenants know this, all other delivery companies adhere, no problem..Anderdeep *****, the driver does not... We can not phone Ulala delivery service as they do not ever answer phone , or call back.. this is a delivery scam..Not even a picture of parcels left on the sidewalk..I seem to have been blocked by the driver... I spoke to him when I was at work, and told him to deliver behind secure, closed doors as all other drivers do.3 times he puts on sidewalk, 3 times stolen within a minute. And no way to speak to his **************** on line tell me this is not an isolated case.This business is not accredited bbb, and should be forced to conform to some basic standards.. and not hand our parcels to the homeless, then expect payments for services

      Very valuable gift purchased for ****, that was delivered to the wrong address. Ulala Technologies does not answer their phone, & very limited information provided from their email. Order was "delivered" December 10th, 2024 at 22:36. However, Ulala is unable to tell me where their driver delivered the package to, or provided any sort of resolution. The photo they provided is an apartment door that is NOT my building. I just want the package delivered to my house. I spent HOURS going to every other building where I live asking their building management for help, if they recognized the apartment photo provided from Ulala. It's like a needle in a haystack. I even spent hours on condo *************** maps searching for an apartment door that matched the photo they provided. I have tried everything I can, yet this business provides no solution. The longer this is left, the higher chance my package is stolen. Ulala seems to just take the money, outsource to drivers who do not care (check 1 star ****** reviews, this happens A LOT with no resolution) & has no customer service. Please help, I just want my package. I have provided the image of where it was delivered, no idea where this is

      I purchased a product on line and paid for it using ******. I the received a tracking number indicating my purchase was on the way. After about ten days, I received an email from the Ulala delivery driver indicating my package has arrived and a picture showing the delivery. The delivery was made when my wife and I were home. We did not receive the delivery. One of the pictures shows the delivery. The other, is a picture of our porch. (" Hope you like dogs" mat. It's obvious a mistake was made, and I should not be on the hook for it. I've contacted the supplier through ****** and was instructed to contact the delivery company. I have made numerous attempts trying to get a hold of ULALA support both through email and phone and get no response. I would like ULALA to take responsibility for their mistake and reimburse me for my purchase. the amount is $310

      Interesting response from your side. 

      The company I purchased the product is call: Elegrove US. I agree with you going after the supplier, and I started with many attempts trying to make them accountable for the delivery. I kept meeting roadblocks with them. First they claimed the delivery was made to my address. I explained I have photographic evidence showing the delivery was made at the wrong location. The supplier said I need to contact the delivery company. Because I used ****** to make the purchase, I used their dispute resolution system. ****** came back and said the supplier was not responsible and I need to contact the delivery company. I feel like I'm being bounced around and nobody wants to be accountable for their mistakes. I'm not sure what to do next to escalate this.

      I had ordered a package from a supplier, that used Ulala to deliver my package expedited. Yesterday, I got an email notification that my package 'had been delivered' with photos showing y tiny package, left on the lobby floor as 'proof' of delivery. When I went downstairs to retrieve it, the package was nowhere to be found.After contacting their customer service yesterday and today, they refuse to refund me the product, and told me this is their 'delivery protocol'. A protocol I was never informed of, I had not received any notification that Ulala was going to be the delivery service used, nor did the text/email or call to state the package was on its way. They in fact, told me to 'call the police' because their delivery driver, failed to securely deliver my package to me, any further calls I make go straight to voicemail.

      Greetings,

      Thank you for your prompt response, it is much appreciated. I have been in touch with both seller and delivery company, the delivery company itself offered no text message, no phone call and no email to inform me that they were delivering the package.
      They did not send out an email to inform me of their delivery protocols, nor was I informed that they were delivering it that day. This company has almost 20 complaints for the same issue, please see enclosed ****** Reviews, there are multiple complaints like this, more can be read on ******. 

      I absolutely wish to pursue a refund and believe, given that the delivery company has so many similar complaints, that it should be from Ulala Tehnologies.

      The shipper managed to get the product into the country, the delivery company failed to deliver the item safely and securely to me, the customer.

      They additionally told me to 'call the police' with my complaint and have been ignoring my phone calls all day.

      The delivery of my package was not completed in a professional manner. 
      We get plenty of packages mailed to our building through all sorts of delivery companies & never has any acted as unprofessionally as Ulalas delivery drivers & customer service did. 
      I would like to know if Ulala has insurance to reimburse for packages that were not delivered safely to the intended customer.
      Typically the delivery companies we have been dealing with, will request if the package must be delivered in person/be left at the lobby/or at a pic up location. Ulala did no such thing.
      Typically delivery services will also email, text message, call or offer all three options to customers to ensure safe delivery of their package, none of this was done with Ulala. 
      Ulala claims that the package was delivered (it was not, delivery means you get the package securely to customer, not throw it in the hallway for anyone to steal) and then stolen.
      My package would not have been stolen had Ulalas delivery driver delivered it to me in hand. 
      There are over 18 complaints alone with Ulalas delivery service over the same topic in my city, which means Ulalas services are not professional and this is an ongoing issue.
      I do not appreciate being told by Ulalas customer service to 'call the police' over a stolen package, when the package was stolen because of Ulalas direct incompetence. 
      Ulala did not once provide their alleged protocol for customers waiting to receive their packages, they repeatedly insisted leaving packages alone in lobbies is their 'protocol'. This was never once provided to me as a customer to know that this is how this company conducts its delivery service.
