      Today received notification that my package was delivered. Checked outside and my camera no one or nothing was delivered. When I checked their image of delivery it appears to have been delivered but to a place no where near where I am.I have been attempting to call them since 0945 this AM and am being sent to their voicemail. I'm trying to resolve this issue promptly but they seem to not be interested in supporting.Hopefully, this will be resolved but it is not looking promising at this point.

      Please do not use this company. They have held my package for over 1.5 months, refusing to respond to any emails or calls for additional information. I have accepted that I will not be receiving my package and I'm using a chargeback process. PLEASE do not do business with this company!

      ULALA has had my package for a month, no one responds to me about where it is, when it will be delivered, I was informed this morning by the shipper that Im supposed to pick up my package - where?! No one returns calls or emails. On the tracking it said attempted delivery on New Years Eve- now it says they need more information? How? This is a personalized Christmas present I bought in NOVEMBER and still havent received it! Do not use ULALA. Waste of time and money

      I was notified about the delivery of a package that I did not receive. According to the tracking information, it is stated that the package was delivered to the doorstep of my apartment.Upon checking, I found no package near my door. Furthermore, the photo attached to the email does not match the door of my apartment. It appears to be a generic image of the building where I live, likely taken from the rental companys website and edited.This can be confirmed by the following factors:1. The photo includes a timestamp with battery and time indicators, which suggests it is a screenshot.2. The photo is blurry and does not match the actual appearance of my building.3. The pathway in the photo is clear of snow, while our pathway is currently covered in snow.Moreover, my attempts to contact them via email have been unsuccessful, as no one has responded to my messages. Other means of contacting them have also proven to be unavailable.

      This company is an absolute dishonest practice. I received an email saying a package was delivered and it had 2 attached photos. The photos were not accurate at all, they showed a rainy day and the supposed delivery day had clear skies. On top of that, my front door cameras had no register of delivery. However, 3 days prior, my cameras recorded someone approaching my house with a package, taking a picture in front of my house with it, and then leaving my house with the package on hand. The package, person, and weather conditions of that recording all matched the photo ULALA sent me as proof of delivery. This means the delivery person took the pictures, stole my package and registered the fake delivery a few days later. I reached out to ULALA but of course received cero responses. Based on other comments, this disgusting practice seems to be a regular behaviour with the delivery staff in this company.

      They blatantly stole my package. Guy took photos of package in hand on my driveway and of the package label itself where I can see my address. Last photo is fake photo of a ******* hand coming out of door, where it's clearly not my package (not same black marker on shipping label) not my door(can see brick isn't even close) and then get email saying delivered 14hrs later. I have driveway and door footage of the courier attempting, but not leaving my package!! Since no one was home, he stole it and faked a delivery with another photo. No response from the company after several messages left and email sent.Pretty sure they're full of thief's!
