    If only I could leave a negative stat rating, unfortunately I cannot. This company is a sham, they dont respond or when they do you get sorry and well ship it out right away. With the packages still not arriving. You will call to speak with someone to be placed in a queue of supposedly 26 other people only to make it to the 3 spot to then be disconnected or even asked to leave a message that they never respond to. I have sent multiple emails to them and have not heard back. They were supposed to deliver items I had ordered well in advance for my wedding and now I am without them and have to spend even more time, money and energy on trying to replace the items before my wedding happens. So far I have had no luck and have given them a timeline to have them sent to again receiving no response. This company should be shut down with all the people disappointed with not receiving their packages.

    I tried calling them to tell the business about the code to get into my apartment building. Their phone number on the website is very suspicious. It said "there is no license for this phone number to get calls. Called them 4 times. Then I called them outside of their working hours. Said that they were not working. Then I called the 1800 number. I was told I was on a que. Then it said I was one. Buttons were pushed. Then came up with a recording telling me to record a message or push star for an operator. Pushed star. It was a lie. Kept repeating the recording over and over again. So I am saying do not use this place. It is lying to you. If I could give it Zero I would.

    I was waiting for a package to be delivered and when I was checking the status, it stated that the courier had no access to deliver my package, which is a complete lie. All they had to do was walk to my door knock on my door, put it through the mailbox or leave it in front of my door. And when you try to call them, youre on hold for more than 30 minutes moving up in the queue and when you get to number 2 the call disconnects.

    Terrible services. They tried once to deliver my order and I wasnt home. This was 5 days ago and I have no idea where my order is. Ive called and left 5 messages, was on hold for 30 mins then disconnected, 3 emails..nothing. I think they may be scam,

    Ever since **** started using Raven Force, packages go missing. They are delivered to non-existent addresses, not delivered at all, missing without explanation, etc.They offer zero customer service and people end up losing purchases or having to go through the original retailer to request a refund. Bad. With so many people leaving one star ratings, how is this company still operational?

    Who are in charge of making sure this business are even legal? ******* ** *** **** ** * ***** ******** It is 100% a front to ***** people's packages and I'm sure other ******* ********.As per the other thousands of people who has the misfortune of dealing with this ********** company. My package has also been ******, They made me jump through hoops for over a month before admitting it was "lost".

    I am wondering if this is even an actual business, especially after reading BBB and ****** reviews?I ordered clothing from the Gap, and thought it was coming by **** but I guess they outsourced to Raven Force. I received a notice the package was delivered, but the image showed it was in a totally different building's mail room (we don't even have a mail room). Right away, I called Raven Force and left a voicemail AND I sent them an email follow up with my tracking number.I received an automated email response saying they'd reply in 1-3 business days. Their auto-reply also said "if this is an urgent matter, please call and leave a voicemail". So I thought I had covered all my bases!It has now been 10 days and I haven't heard anything from Raven Force. No email. No call. Even the Gap said they tried to get in touch with them but couldn't get a response. At least they refunded my order! Raven Force: ARE YOU REAL?

    Courier company lost item then claimed "could not deliver" and returned to sender. I expected two items and only one arrived. I was available to accept delivery.
