    I paid the business $100 to deliver my package to me which was shipped from **** they never delivered it they dont answer the phone they stop replying to emails, I had checked there reviews on ****** every single review is the same issue

    *** UPDATE*** Still waiting to get my callback. Had to start using other people's phones to make the call, because they would just hang up on my number. Oh, and love their AI generated responses to the reviews below... ?? The absolute worst courier company ever!!!! I have been on the phone with them almost daily for 2 weeks, about 3 orders of mine that they now have sitting at their hub. The driver has marked my delivery as "no access" and "premises closed." It's a house, visible from the street. I work from home, and no one even tried. They even got me to email them photos of my house! Then I'm told that because I'm out of the usual delivery area, I'm going to have to wait until they have another delivery in my area before they'll try again. I've been hung up on 3 times and laughed at when voicing my frustration. I was told I would get callbacks and nothing. Thank God the company that my stuff is coming from (Temu) accepts complaints about the couriers. I was able to request that none of my orders are to be delivered by Raven Force again! I did a test order, and the next one is shipping with ***********. I suggest others follow suit.

    My order has been sitting waiting for the Raven Force Courier to pick it up since Jan. 31st, 2025. It says it was out for delivery yesterday, Feb. 6 but I never received it . It says the delivery failed, I do not know what that means but I have tried to contact them 4 times with no response.

    A package ordered from **** on January 6th was shown on the tracking system as 'Out for Delivery' on Jan 13. Later, it showed as 'No Access'. When the company was called on the 15th, there was over 30mins wait time to speak to an agent, but the system then only allowed for an answering machine recording, no live agent. Called again and requested a call-back. When they called, I asked for clarification on the 'No Access' note and was told that my destination is too far from the city centre and the driver decided not to make delivery until more packages were needing to be dropped off further out. I find that an unacceptable reason to not drive the extra 7-10 mins out. They said they would try again. I called Temu to suggest they not use that courier and they said they requested that the courier expedite my delivery. The 16th showed 'Out for Delivery' in the tracking system, and, again 'No Access', but that update didn't appear until late in the day. My husband was working a shift in ***** on the 17th and could go to the depot. I tried calling the company as soon as they opened in the morning to ensure the package would be there, but I got no call-back, so couldn't ask them. When he got to the depot, my husband was told ithe package wasn't there, it was out for delivery. It was not delivered and no further updates appear in the tracking system. I really just want my package, and at this point I'd go get it myself! The depot is just over an hour away and it's not right that they're paid for a service they aren't providing! I won't buy from Temu again because I don't want to chance dealing with this courier!

    - Date of transaction: December 1st, 2024 (via the Temu app)- Since my package was split in 2, this package was $286.46 ($399.04 total)- Raven Force Couriers package ID: ****************** I made a purchase on **** on December 1st, 2024. The package was split into 2 packages (Apple Express and Raven Force Couriers). Apple Express delivered my package on time. Meanwhile, my last ever update with Raven Force Couriers (on the Temu app) is that my package was being handled over by customs, on December 10th, 3:30pm. On the Raven Force Couriers website, the last update is on December 4th, saying "Pre-Shipment".I tried contacting them multiple times via phone (they have a wait position). Whenever I get to numebr 3-4 on the wait list, it sends me to voicemail every single time. I've tried sending them an email a few weeks ago, and still no response. I've contacted Temu about this, and they told me they have been impacted because of the Canada Post strike. But the fact that I haven't gotten any updates, or have been able to get in touch with them, is really worrying.I'm not exactly quite sure what to do, since there's pretty much no way to get in contact with them. The fact that the last update showing on their website is on December 4th, is pretty bizarre.

    My complaint is in regards to the career company not updating the status of my package and not responding anymore as to the whereabouts or location or resolution to my problem. On December 12th the items show that it received in their warehouse sorting Center and has not been updated since they do not answer their customer service phone anymore it rings and puts you on hold for hours and then once you've waited for hours it just puts you through to a voice machine which you don't receive a call back to I have left six messages on multiple days I have emailed I think four or five times I've received one response and it was a generic response telling me somebody was looking into it and I never heard back from them. I spoke with one person who said it was being escalated to a manager refused to give me his name never got back to me after promising I'd receive a call back in 24 hours I am looking for the location of my package I would like a response from the company I am not receiving any responses and this is not how you conduct a business I understand the delays with *********** being on strike however ignoring your customers is not acceptable I don't mind a delay but now I feel like I'm being duped

    I had ordered a couple packages through the site Temu who ships the orders over to ****** and then RavenForce couriers receives the packages and is supposed to deliver them to house. I've had numerous orders in the past year and no issue but for whatever reason now my last order which was supposed to be delivered dec.**th still hasn't arrived. Now you might be saying oh it's only a week late. However the notifications provided state RavenForce has 3 separate times "attempted" to deliver, says "out fir delivery" only for no delivery and an update saying "unable to deliver return to sortment hub" and when I proceeded to call the number provided for RavenForce they do not answer the phones, they have a fake call que set up that you start at #** and when you wait til #1 you are supposed to get an agent but instead you are just redirected to a voicemail option, then hung up on. They do not call you back, they have not responded to emails or texts either. When I pressed Temu for answers they said apparently RavenForce couldn't deliver because roads were closed. I KNOW FOR A FACT the highway and roads were open and fine. I just want my order and these clowns don't do anything, as far as I'm concerned they've just stolen my goods. When searching online, I've seen many people leave reviews especially of late with the same issues...PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE JOKERS AT RAVENFORCE!!!

    We had an online order delivered via this courier service.When the driver made the delivery, they pulled up into our driveway, opened their car door, and while seated, dropped the package on the ground, then closed the door and left.They left the package in the middle of the driveway in the pouring rain.Ive attempted to contact them and report the driver, with no success.Judging by the tremendous amount of negative feedback this company has on ******, social media, etc., I doubt that they do much about these issues.

    I am waiting for a package to be delivered by this company. They are not responding to the customer service number calls or email.

    Two missing packages. One package marked as unable to deliver on December 21st at 11:59. There was no attempt to deliver. Another package was marked as delivered on December 24th but no package was delivered and again there was no attempted delivery.I have called the phone number provided and it makes you sit on hold in a fake que for 30 minutes and when you get to caller number 1 it disconnects you to their answering machine. I have tried this numerous times for the last few days with the same result. I have left numerous voicemails and emails with no response.
