      I purchased a wedding at sea package. Added extras for sunset photos. They ruined my wedding dress. The venue has equipment in the front that shows in all my so called professional photos. They missed timed the sunset photo shoot so no sunset pictures They air dropped my photos to someone else without my consent. My wedding dinner celebration was messed up. I had to find the email proof and be embarrassed in front of other guests. Handled very unprofessionally on the boat and even worse after the cruise. Spoke to Sandy **** who promised to help. No response to email or phone calls It’s been over 3 months and no resolution. I paid upfront for a dream come true wedding and it was not delivered. Royal Ocean should be dealing with *** and they should have made this right. I received no compensation from them. My once in a lifetime day was ruined. They do not care. I spent $18000 to go on a cruise to get married. $5500 was to Royal for a perfect wedding. So many issues and no one to even answer my call. Sandy started great then she had excuse after excuse. I paid Royal Ocean they should refund me. I shouldn’t be placed in the middle of them and ***. They took my money and my signed contract was with them. I files a review with the BBB over a week ago and still no call. Please help me. They ruined my wedding day and will not take responsibility, even with all the proof they have. They blame ***. I paid them for this service. I paid *** for the cruise. Disappointing on both vendors part for not taking action. The cruise was on July 25 and the wedding at sea was on July 26. From that day on it’s been nothing but stress and disappointment. I cannot get my wedding day or dress or pictures back but I should get refunded. Once in a lifetime day and it was ruined. We are totally devastated. Appalled at the lack of response or resolution from this business.It won’t let me upload more pictures. Ceremony pics have equipment in all and in plain view of guests and us.

The issues *************** had onboard the ship were not due to the services we provided her it was due to the actual cruise and staff onboard.

      I am rejecting this response because: my contract was with Royal Ocean Events. I paid them not ***. They should be taking care of this. They received my money. They contract with ***. I made a contract with them.  They need to get their money back from *** and refund my money paid to them.

      I scheduled a wedding with this business on 6/30/21. The wedding was scheduled for June 2nd 2022. In February of 2022 I learned that my son would be unable to attend due to covid restrictions that prevented unvaccinated children from cruising and at the time the vaccine was not available for children under the age of 5. The cacellation policy clearly states that the event could be cancelled up to 60 days before the wedding date for a full refund minus the deposit. I first emailed to cancel on February 10th 2022. I sent follow up emails on April 22 2022, April 27th 2022, April 28th 2022, and fimaly heard back on May 2nd 2022 confirming the cancellation. This was more than 60 days from the wedding date. I haven't heard from them since and all emails have gone unanswered. I would like my payment minus the deposit refunded. the initial payment was $2362.50. $400 of that would be the deposit but i would like the remaining $1962.50 refunded.
