      My entire wedding event was a disaster. My designer wedding dress was ruined by laundry and the they denied it. I asked to see their surveillance and was told no. My photography package which I paid extra $799 for and sunset wedding pictures was a joke as the photographer had wrong sunset times and we missed it completely. Wedding sunset pictures was a must The venue was not prepared. There were Redbull and luggage carts in my photos as it wasnt removed from the venue. It was visible during the ceremony. How horrible is that! I used a ruined dress, photographer sub par and venue was disappointing. The photographer air dropped my photos to so done else and showed no remorse. Breach of contract, He did nothing to remedy the situation. Our included dinner at Le Bistro was a disaster. We had to argue about paying. I had to go thru my email to find the confirmation. Why did I have to prove what I paid for. Not a great celebration dinner. This is a snapshot of the problems. I spent $5500 for a fantasy wedding and got disappointment. To make things worse I contacted your office to rectify. I was helped by ******************* your operations manager. After a month of talking she stopped responding. I received emails about her being sick and she said NCL would contact me. Why would NCL contact me? I paid your company. I call and email daily to no response. I paid your company for services. Your company should resolve. I took 39 people on this cruise. $18,000 for my wedding package and cruise for a once in a lifetime wedding for and got. I asked for ****** boss and was told that information cannot be given out. Im hoping the owner ********************* or VP ****** ************************* will take a look at this situation and rectify it. I paid for top notch service and over two months later still no resolution to this wedding disaster. I can never redo my wedding day but some compassion and compensation for services not received and mental anguish and anxiety would be appreciated.

      If 0 or negative stars were an option, that's what I would give. This is a third-party so-called event planning company that ********* unfortunately forces passengers to use for scheduling special events. They are TERRIBLE! Unresponsive, unkind, disorganized, ******** ***** ** ** *** **** ***** ******** **** ** *** ********** *** ** ******** ** ****** ** ******** *** ****** ******* *** **** *********. Do NOT under any circumstances plan on having a special event planned competently through this service. You're better off finding some local venue at a port while on your cruise. HUGE waste of time and money, ***** *********** ****** * ********* **** *** ******** ******* *** *** **** *** *** ** ***** ** ***** **** *** ******* *** *** Take my advice, don't do it!

      Dear ****** thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I appreciate you bringing this to the attention of Royal Ocean Events. I am aware you had some concerns with regards to the photography that is included in the wedding package. The inclusions for a Legal at Sea wedding are listed on the wedding Brochure and all Legal at Sea paperwork sent to you, it does state one hour of photography services only: No prints. We did contact you by email and phone to explain this policy. Whilst we do acknowledge the floral items you ordered were unfortunately not available in the exact shade of color as you required we did contact you to offer alternative floral solutions one of which was accepted, and these were onboard for your wedding. I apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations and again thank you for providing your feedback as all feedback helps us do better.
