  If I could give less than a star I would. Most of my complaint is detailed in the review by ******** 26/02/25. When they called to tell me I won a fire blanket, they were very concerned that my husband wouldnt attend saying something about asking a manager about it. This sounded very much like a timeshare thing and made me wary but I made an appointment for today at noon. Waited a half hour then called both the number ending in 4097 see other review. Then I called the number ending in 4098. The woman at the other was going to look into it. The only good thing is that she called me back quickly but she told me my appointment was at 6:30 tonight. I told her I never would have made an appointment at that time and when she told me it was a miscommunication, I told her it was entirely at their end. At that point, she told me that no one would be coming and the call was ended although I had been willing to reschedule for another day. Seriously why would a business refuse my business? I wasnt rude; merely told her the truth in an even voice. This business is definitely sus from my point of view and I plan to tell friends not to get fooled by them offering free blankets. Honestly thought their booth at the *********** Home Show was sus because I wanted to buy a $75 fire blanket but he said I could win one instead. Sure I could.

  The "Visit Website" link on this page takes one to a login page that says only "Home Safe Alerts Powered by Global Health and Safety". The tel. no. provided is answered only by a voicemail referring one to their new ******* location, where calls are answered by a robo-voice stating repeatedly only that no one can answer due to unusual volume of calls. There is no email address available to send enquiries. One can only conclude that this is a mass-marketing operation aimed only at unilateral phone contacts with prospective customers, in which one is told that one has "been selected to receive a free fire blanket" gift during a visit in which they explain fire-safety procedures and precautions, etc. There is no way to cancel such a visit once scheduled, so think twice before accepting.

  **** was amazing! Very positive, informative and kind, and at the same time, he wasnt pushy and didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything, I learned a lot about fire safety and how to keep my family and I protected!Would highly recommend meeting with **** for your first meet!

  Woke up last night to the bed shaker going off to let us know there was a fire in the garage! We were able to put it out with an extinguisher. Thank goodness because our bedroom was right above it! Thank you guys for the amazing work you do to keep families safe. We learned so much from your visit that we never would have thought of!

  CDN Coast Health and Home Solutions booked a two hour appointment with my elderly parents. When it was expressed that they could not afford the $1900 quote, they were offered and agreed to financing. They did not realize the total cost would cost would amount to over $3000.00. I have tried multiple times to reach out to CDN by email with no response. I did receive a phone call from ****. I requested to cancel the contract, however I was told this would not be possible as I was not the client. **** did quote the phrase "well, in a court of law" several times and I asked to speak to someone else who could help me as it was clear that **** would be unable to cancel the contract. I have still not received a phone call. I sent a letter expressing all of this as well as my parent's signatures giving me permission to act on their behalf. Delivery has been attempted but I suspect that no one at *** will sign for my letter.

  ************* from this company visited us. Gave useful information. We bought a fire extinguisher from him, but he only had one and we needed 3. He promised to bring 2 more the next day or day after. never showed up. Trying to contact him over the phone was impossible. Finally sent him an e-mail and after 2 weeks he called indicating he had forgotten. In the mean time yesterday I went and bought some from a retail store.this kind of behavior is unacceptable for a good company.
